The woman working the morning of 06DEC has to be the most unaccommodating service employee I’ve ever experienced! I placed an online order to get the special reward and am literally standing in front of her to ask her to place some veggies on the sandwich before she toasted it and she refuses to make the sandwich my way even though I’m literally standing in front of her! Also to make the experience even worse, she’s making me the wrong sandwich on the wrong receipt and I have to correct her before she screws the entire order up regardless! In the future, I’ll make sure I don’t tip but then, perhaps the Subway down on 157/183 won’t be so military diligent when it comes to being a “sandwich artist!”

This is the worst Subway in DFW. The food is subpar and the customer service is garbage. I tried to reorder two sandwiches that were made wrong and the manager, Rosy, I assume she was the manager because she was the one they brought out of the back to talk to me and she was the oldest person in the building, refused to make my order. Avoid this place at all cost, save your belly and your money!

This subway is by far one of the best that I have been to. Right when I walk in the people there are ready to get me great sandwich. Everyone is always so nice, it is always super clean, and they make some great subs. I would go out of my way to visit this shop in particular, but luckily I live just down the street! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal with great service at a great price.
