Food was excellent and customer service was awesome. The young man that waited on us was very friendly. (His name is Adam) Our food was nice and hot and our order was correct! We go out of our way to go to this location for all of those reasons. Trust me i pass at least 3 locations just to go here. Keep up the good work.

But anytime I try to place an app order for breakfast and I show up there they ALWAYS have an excuse. Short staffed, theyre not open yet, this or that…. the other day I made my app order and got there and at the speaker she said “we can’t make food because someone is fixing our internet”

Do not go here. They ignore you if you order at the register, have a terrible attitude once they get around to you and they will mess your order up on purpose. Happened to me twice.

I normally love this Taco Bell. The staff is great and friendly however this morning they made me wait for 15 minutes at the drive-through to tell me that they didn’t wanna open at 8 o’clock today when I asked why they weren’t taking orders at 8:15 when they open at eight, she said she was shortstaffed. Well thank god I’m not allergic to beans, I ordered a burrito with EASY beans & basically received a bean burrito! Moral of the story my food is never right… a lot of times my tacos won’t have any meat… just the toppings. I ordered a caliente taco & there’s was no sauce on it & barely any chicken..

Order a nacho bell grande meal, got a container of chips with cold globs of beans no meat hardly, no sour cream or tomato’s on it and this was at 830 at night…
This used to be one of the better Taco Bell’s around too, I guess I’ll stick to the new one on Northline because I wouldn’t feed my dog what this place gave me.
My taco supreme was a mess too but I was hungry and ate it anyways.this was my dinner they ruined, and I will not be going back.

Super easy to order from kiosk! Staff was friendly and aware of customer needs. The store was SUPER busy, line around the building. My order came out pretty quickly and everything I ordered was in the bag. Made a special request from the staff and they were able to accommodate the need. Appreciate hardworking and polite staff.

I have frequented this Taco Bell location for the last couple years because it is close to my workplace. This is by far one of the best Taco Bell locations in the area. I’d also like to thank whoever made my tacos on 7/22/24 because they are literally the best tacos I’ve ever gotten from you guys. 10/10.

Went here one time to pick up my mobile order and they tried scamming me out of $50 worth of food saying they never got that even when I had the receipt on my phone. I should have never went back after that. The next time I went I decided to go inside instead. HORRIBLE service and the restaurant is so dirty. The workers making the food complained about how they hate their jobs and Taco Bell right in front of costumers. Not to mention the older blonde lady that is so rude and miserable looking. She had the door propped open vaping while she was taking an order. Food is so over priced nowadays. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell at all just make the drive to go to one on telegraph.
