Lots of bad reviews here, but let me tell you my experiences. I always use the mobile app and pickup curbside. They are always fast, courteous, and get my order correct at this location. They always ask if I need anything else when bringing out my food.

Worst location you could ever go to. Only reason I went there because it’s right next to my hotel. Dude who’s limping around is the rudest employee I’ve ever met for absolutely no reason. He kept cutting me off while I’m trying to order. Kept telling me my total instead of asking me if I wanted anything else. Missed my sauces. When I politely ask for the sauce he gives me just one for two meals. Like come on yall sauce can’t be that expensive to be stingy with it. He obviously hates his job and does not want to be there and to be honest he shouldn’t be there with an attitude like that, again for no reason.

My gift card was stolen at the drive thru… I couldn’t believe it. I had a $15 dollar gift card I was given for Christmas. I went to use it the day after and the lady in the drive thru wasn’t paying attention talking to her boss about “transferring” there. She took my card, charged it, then threw it away. I asked for it back and she said there was nothing left on it. I said that wasn’t possible and she both refused to give me the card or a receipt and closed the window on me. I honestly still can’t believe this happened and I should’ve went in or contacted corporate but I was in a rush.

Old food as if it was reheated in microwave. Very dirty atmosphere. We got old crumbs and cheese and lettuce stuck to the outside of our bag. (We sat and ate inside but listed it as to go). Ordered breakfast in the dining room for take out, wet floor sign placed over a puddle that was not addressed and looked to have been there a while. Staff was cursing in the back, drink station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days/weeks (this was at 8am so didn’t have a lot of customers in there for the day, so no excuse). Then silly me didn’t check my order but only counted the items, order was not even close to being correct and didn’t notice until got home.

Definitely 0 stars if I could . Got there at 11:20 pm and waited for almost thirty minutes to get an order and nobody answered . The worker then had the intercom say it was closed at 11:47 which is 10 minutes before close . Very unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time coming here .

I always get cook to order food so wait times don’t bother me. This location easily is top 3 in my book with how everything I ordered was properly cooked and hot like asked. The people there were also nice and accommodating while I was there so that is always appreciated. 9-1-25 21:00 ish is when I came in

Friendly, helpful staff to folks from out of state–us. Resturant was clean, food fresh and hot and drinks cold if they supposed to be or hot if they were supposed to be hot. Orders were completely quickly and correct! Thanks!
