Taco Fuego absolutely lived up to its name. We ended up eating their Fuego Fries three times — once at the POST Food Hall and twice at their other location — and honestly, I regret nothing. The food was amazing and somehow felt like a little taste of home back in Colorado.
But the real stars? The salsas. Next. Level. I’m pretty sure they’re hiding ancient culinary secrets in there. If they ever decide to share those recipes so we can make them at home… hint hint… we’d be first in line.

This taco place is hands down the best. The music always has us and customers dancing when they come inside to order. The tacos are amazing, full of flavor, and made the right way. Everything here is top-tier — 10 out of 10 every time.

The first time I came in the staff was very nice and helpful. I didn’t know what to try first. I got the mini fajita tacos and I added the cilantro salsa which is finger licking good! Everytime I come I try something different and it does not disappoint!

I absolutely love the food here!! I have been eating here since they opened 2 years ago, The Birria is absolutely tender and consomé is so savory. I highly recommend the Pastor Taco’s aswell, the pineapple adds an amazing touch to the pastor meat. 10/10

The food is great, the interior theme is very Mexican festive. Medium sized dining area with clean single-person restrooms. Cash or card accepted as payment. Mike was very friendly and accommodating at the register. Mike was patient with new customers and answered all of our questions. Free refills on soft drinks. The front parking lot is small, but there’s plenty of parking in the rear.

I’m honestly blown away by how terrible the customer service was at Taco Fuego tonight. Whoever y’all had working the cashier this evening should NOT be in customer service, period.
I came in specifically for the Al Pastor — which you’ve had plenty of times — and he acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He disappeared in the back for way too long just to come back and say, “We don’t have it,” like I was the one confused.
Then when I finally got my order, there wasn’t any sauce in the bag. I asked for the correct one and he still gave me the WRONG sauce, even after I told him multiple times and literally said, “If you pull the tray out, I can show you which one it is.” He still didn’t listen.
I’ve never experienced this kind of service here before. Whoever that guy was at the front tonight clearly doesn’t belong in customer-facing work. Do better.

This was a beautiful authentic aesthetic restaurant with a modern twist. FANTASTIC service! The food was even better!
I got the nachos with brisket and it was incredible. the kind of chips they have are the best chips Ive ever had with amazing seasoning and a really good texture. The sauce that went on and around them was a perfect not too spicy but just enough to make all the flavors pop. It was so good that my girlfriend used the rest of the sauce to dip her tacos.
If you want authentic mexican food and wanna try something new, this is a great place to start!

This was out first time trying Taco Fuego. We ordered fajita street tacos, a fajita quesadilla, one empanada and a street corn. EVERYTHING was delicious and every item had an original flavor. The standout item of this selection was the street corn. Taco Fuego has an original take on a traditional favorite that makes it stand out above any other street corn we’ve ever had. We look forward to eating here again and we highly recommend this spot!

This place was mouthwateringly delicious. It’s a little pricey for some street tacos but they are worth it! I went with a friend and he ordered the fajita street tacos, whereas i got the burrito combo. The service was great and the person taking our order was friendly, knowledge, and bilingual. The food took about 15 mins which is a bit on the longer side when you’re waiting around standing up outside but nothing the restaurant can do about that. When the food did arrive it was piping hot and wrapped perfectly to go. The burrito was super flavorful with a lot of beef as well as rice, beans, lettuce, etc. And they covered the whole thing in a cheese crust that was still gooey underneath. That with the two jalapenos baked into the outer tortilla make this one a 5 star meal
