The Travelling Vegan
When I say this place can have my money whenever! I loveeeeee the vegan pizza and the pizza rolls. I appreciate them having multiple vegan pizza toppings, truly warms my heart (and belly )

My wife and I visited Sauced on Paseo for a late lunch on a Saturday.. We opted to share a small pizza and an order of garlic knots..
The location offers indoor and outdoor seating, has a small counter area for ordering, and a menu with a decent variety of slices, whole pies, appetizers, and salads!!
Let’s talk those decadent garlic knots shall we?!? Five delightful twists of baked dough, infused with garlic butter, Italian seasoning, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.. The sides of warm marinara were quite flavorful and a perfect compliment to the knots.. More please!!
We augmented the entire small, 10″ pepperoni pizza with Canadian Bacon and added red onions to half!! It and the garlic knots were delivered to the table hot from the oven, and it was amply topped, had plenty of shredded mozzarella to deliver a great cheese pull, and was quite deelish!! The crust was crisp on the bottom and outside edges and a little pillowy in the middle.. Perfect!!
We’re already looking forward to our next visit and we’d be remiss if we didn’t recommend this to anyone else desiring an eclectic, cool pizza place that delivers the goods wonderfully..

Josh the bartender was very nice,
Knowledgeable, accommodating, and offered multiple options for a light beer Because of my dietary restrictions. The bar was decorated for St. Patrick’s Day, the music and the overall vibe Was five stars for me.
But what stood out the most to me Was how clean, And how often Josh cleaned the bar and the restrooms. He constantly checked on us, and we felt like the dining experience was one that families, couples, and individuals would enjoy and be taken care of 100%.
All tables outside were completely clean and set. This bar Meets all food safety compliance, and is highly recommended to come to. Josh is knowledgeable on all drinks, and An exceptional employee. Sauced is exceptional.

Hands down 100/10! Took the family out and ordered a large pizza(Twister), small(Pep), buffalo wings and 2 alcohol drinks. Service was top notch! I guess they lost our order ticket and made the wrong small pizza which was not an issue for me cause things happen and really from the time we sat down til we got our last pizza felt reasonable. They asked if I wanted to wait or take the pizza. I told them I would wait. They ended up boxing the mess up pizza for us to take and free cheese bites app. Thanks for doing that even tho you didn’t have to! All 3 pizzas tasted great! Cheese bites I think panko fried cheese with marinara and pesto ranch, tasty and cheese pull. Now if you made it this far those buffalo wings are soooo good! Super crispy and the buffalo sauce one of the best tasting ones I’ve tried in my life. Also got free old school arcade games for the kids. Thanks once again for the amazing hospitality, great tasting food and fun Friday night!

They have the best everything I’ve ever had they even make their ranch in house it was so good I had to call up there to double check you can taste the care that goes into this food my God if you don’t eat here you hate yourself the prices are more than fair the food and atmosphere are more then good not to mention there’s a free arcade…I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Ive dined in and taken out 2 times now and I predict I will eat here 100 more times before the end of 2026 this is the spot!
