We came in here yesterday, and I haven’t been here since 2015 or 2016. I can’t remember, and that was my first and last time here. When I came in with my family yesterday, we paid about 59 dollars for bugers and shoe string fries. Afterward, we got 2 shakes. But the burgers were so juicy, yummy, and perfect. We got the double, half pound callossal. Not as big as it sounds, but it was still extremely good. The people were fantastic here, the manager, the cashier, and everyone focused on their job, which is shocking because most younger people these days slack off everywhere I go at a fast food restaurant. Soo good for you guys. Also, they bring you your food, which reminds me of carles Jr. when I was a kid. Anyways this is definitely a good place to eat for families. I may make it a point to come back more often while visiting or passing newberg now. Before, I wouldn’t have, but now, for sure. Thank you, guys, for the great food and service. God bless.

All I can say is $18 for a regular cheeseburger a regular fry and a vanilla milkshake is insane. This was for my child and the fact that it cost $18 just breaks my heart. I’m not rich and I can’t afford to eat out and I definitely cannot afford this. They want almost 5 dollars for the original cheeseburger(one) boy this world is just awful. This is terrifying and awful. And don’t get me started on the app. They will try and fool you and say that there is discounts on the app absolutely not there is no discounts on the app and or when they send us an email for a discount they’re not valid when you go to use them. I was trying to use the app for 45+ minutes just to get logged in because they switched their app to something new so you could take your points over to it. It was absolutely ridiculous. I am super sad. I understand that it cost money to go out. I get that but to pay 18+ dollars for one of my children to eat at a fast food restaurant is insane. I did not find one discount on the app. Do better Boogerville do better.

Overall, the quality of food is superior to that of other burger joints (i.e. McDonald’s, Burger King, etc). The burgers themselves are juicy and have good flavor, the fries are also tasty. The milkshakes are generally amazing, especially their seasonal ones. The staff here was friendly and efficient.
The downside is that the prices are a bit higher. Also, the wait times are a little longer. However, the quality of food you get makes up for the increase in price and time.

Very unhappy people that work here. No smiles, no welcome to burgerville or even a thank you. Just basically got my food thrown at me at the drive thru window and nothing was said only the window closed on me before I could ask for my shake they forgot to make. I wasn’t upset but really?!!! Treat your customers MUCH BETTER! We’re the reason you have a job. Sad to say but this is the attitude most places now. WHY?

Edit: Management and their team reimbursed my meal and were very professional about it.
I was looking forward to eat a delicious hamburger for dinner. I decided to order the 10 dollars meal which is 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. Well, I should’ve spent that money at McDonald’s! Not the quality I was expecting. We were so disappointed. Here’s a picture of the paper thin hamburger patty. Sorry but McDonalds at least gives you a more decent hamburger patty for a cheaper price. Also drive thru is eternal.

They have drive through which is easy to-go. Grilled chicken sandwich is a healthy option that they have. Last time fries were little cold.

Good food, we especially loved the Fries.
The Desserts were Supreme as well.
Staff was super friendly and gave us some extra fries for the „longer“ wait time. At other fast food chains that wait time would be normal, so big kudos to Burgerville on being committed to the term fast food.
We also really like the locally sourced aspect, for that we are happy to pay the higher prices.

Used to be so good but food quality has gone down so much and the prices are just so ridiculously high now. And they ask for tips at the drive thru which just feels tacky to me. The one exception for me is the rosemary and truffle fry seasonal but now when I go that’s all I order. Clearly I am not the only one to think this because it has gone from always having a big drive thru line ( had to create a lane around the whole parking lot) to rarely any line. Also ever since the last remodel the inside just feels dated and not very clean or well kept. I really hope they turn it around and I can update this review someday soon.

We regularly come to visit Newberg, as my wife works at the hospital. Burgerville has always been a favorite of the kids and we typically pick up lunch to have with my wife at work. We have always appreciated the quality and service typically found at Burgerville restaurants. Repeatedly we have found that to be non-existent at the Newberg location. I can’t say that we have had a single order come out correctly. It’s progressively gotten worse, and this issue is not reflective of it being busy or slow. Today I payed $65 dollars for meals for 4. We ordered two Walla Walla BBQ burgers and I will include a photo of what those came out like. I wouldn’t expect presentation in any fast food restaurant to match the pictures, but these were patties covered in slop and slapped between two buns. They were pretty horrible. I ordered two kids meals with cheeseburgers and asked for extra pickles. We got no pickles at all. I ordered a sprite for my wife and got Coke instead. I ordered several sauces to include (2) ranch, (4) spreads, and (1) BBQ. No ranch ended up making it in the bag. What we ordered was not complex, but in my experience at this specific location if you customize anything including your drink, it will come out wrong. Insult to injury comes in the form of an up front request for a tip at a fast food drive up, that I would quite honestly start giving if anyone appeared to care about what comes out of the window. Service aside, the walla walla burgers were borderline comical.
