Got a large drink but it’s mostly ice. Asked for a certain meal item, got mostly egg and barely any meat. It’s ridiculous that you pay so much and they do these things to you. Do better Sonic!!!

Placed a mobile order at 2:17. Did not receive our two drinks (only thing we ordered) until 2:55. Waited at our stall for 20 minutes as we saw four cars that came after us get helped in the drive thru. Decided to go to the drive thru only for them to tell us they don’t have our order. I had the order on my phone so they told us to pull around. Continued to wait while the car behind us still received their drink/assistance before us. Only two people working it looked like. Don’t accept mobile orders if there isn’t enough staff to help. The employer is making his employees jobs harder than it needs to be. Adding that when we finished our drinks there was something that wasn’t supposed to be there in it. Hopefully it’s Oreo filling and not something else

Stopped coming here months ago after my debit card information was stolen by one of the carhops. She was gone with my card for atleast 5 minutes, it shouldn’t take that long to ring up an order and come right back. A few days after this encounter my card was charged at WALMART.COM for over $300 and this is the only place I’d been and there’s no way my card could’ve been scanned with a protective sleeve on it. Btw this girl had glasses and lightskin with braids and she was a bit heavy set. Just disgusting! Don’t come here..

I have low expectations for fast food. I understand they are not paid fairly. But they didn’t meet my expectations. The burger was great. But the taters were cold and over cooked. And the sticks were equally as cold and hard. No dipping sauces. And i had to wait for the two cars in front of me and just as long for my order… But the staff was super friendly, very polite, and no complaints on anything but the food but that was the only thing i paid for.

Food was decent but I had to wait a while for someone to take my money. The young man at the window saw me pull up but walked off outside. Eventually a lady came and took my money. I asked her where her coworkers went and she said she didn’t know. I pulled around and saw four people outside smoking! One lady with the group I’ve noticed is always outside smoking. I called the store that evening but no one answered. Completely unacceptable Sonic do better!!

Used the app to order a snack and drink. App was pretty to use. The cheesesticks were nice and tasty! Once we pulled into a mobile order designated stall, the wait time wasn’t too long, but it wasn’t that quick. Overall, not too bad!!

According to this Sonic, this is an acceptable way to hand someone their food. Neverminded they said I had a “large” order and it took them almost 25 minutes to bring it out. I ordered med onion rings, med popcorn chicken, Coney foot long, and 1 soft pretzel. That is in no way a large order and the man 2 cars in front of me ordered at least 4 bags of food and still didn’t wait as long as I did. There is BBQ sauce running down the inside of my bag and all over my other food!
