Placed an order in the Seekonk drive thru – which they did not get right. Two burgers with lots and lots of pickles (don’t judge). Got home and opened the bag 1/2 later – not a single pickle to be seen… on either burger.
So we called. The manager (Hubert or Herbert) told us the AI order taker did not have it correct. He had the audacity to suggest that should have checked the screen. (Should we just do their jobs?) Then he asked what we would like him to do. (Say what?) When I replied that it was up to him to decide the level of customer service we were due, he had no answers. So I suggested he ask for our address and send the missing items… or offer a freebie for the next time we came in. He said – and I quote, “not for two $7 sandwiches.”
Fast food is bad for you, but this place takes it to a whole new level. They specialize in inaccurate order taking, avoiding responsibility, rude managers bad fast food.

Here we are, a year later from the below review. Today, they forgot an entire meal, they forgot FIVE orders of fries….FIVE and 6 piece nuggets. It’s obvious this location has no intention on improving. Go to the competitor.

This location messed up our order last time and they agreed to refund our $50 order. They never did. Tonight my girlfriend ordered and they forgot one of the drinks, made the burger wrong and there was hair in her cheesy fries. This place has now lost customers (a family of seven). There is no QA and this place lacks customer service.

My recent visit to the Wendy’s in Seekonk was a bit different than usual. The online ordering system was down, but I was still able to place my order inside at the register. The staff was friendly, which made up for the initial hiccup. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, and it felt welcoming overall. It was also surprisingly quiet and empty at 11 am, making it a good spot if you want a quiet place to sit down and eat.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but my order is ALWAYS messed up weather it be missing food and drinks or the food itself made wrong or being given the wrong drink. I don’t think my order has ever been correct here. On top of all that, food is cold. The meat definitely was sitting for awhile and dry. Even the tomatoes and lettuce are old! I have worked fast food a good portion of my life. I would NEVER hand out cold, old wood and treat people the way these people do. It isn’t that hard to bag an order, trust me. Completely careless crew. Don’t waist your money. If you we’re hoping for a decent meal, you won’t find it here.

Last time I came to this Wendy’s I said to myself “this is the last time I’m coming” because half my order was not in the bag. So here we are today.. they handed me the bag and forgot the soda. I asked for it and they gave it to me. I drove off and realized the burger was missing. I turned around, parked, went in and got the burger. Then realized they forgot the sour cream for the sour cream and chive baked potato. So I went back in again and asked for it. Then as I drove off, and they did not pack a fork for the potato. It only takes 5 seconds to review the slip and see if the food or utensils are in the bag. I understand it’s fast food, but I would rather wait the extra minute for someone to make sure my stuff is in the bag before we drive off.
