Veterans day meal… The steak was super good and the the broccoli was cooked perfect. I’m not sure what kind of bread this was but it was soft and delicious. And the cheesecake was delish

Disgusting. Absolutely disgraceful. THIS IS HOW THEY ALLOW THEIR TAKEOUT WORKERS TO SEND OUT FOOD. Literal CHUNKS MISSING out of my burger. The fries were WET. AND these idiots had the nerve to forget to put bread and butter in my bag.

Anyways, This was my Dinner! Well Done Ribeye with Loaded Baked Potato with Mac and Cheese!
It was ALL Very Delicious! Chef/Cook did a fantastic job! Just next time who ever makes the Mac and Cheese. Please go a bit lighter on the Spices! It was good and creamy the way I like it… just didn’t like the black pepper on it… The Steak was beautifully well done! Baked Potato delicious! I just wish everything was Not SO Filling!!!!! Took the steak home to finish off as a snack lol

Unfortunately I have to give today’s experience a 2. The food itself would have been a 5 had the wings not been served room temperature. In spite of the lukewarm temperature they were still very good. My Delmonico steak was perfect. The reason for the low review is due to the lackluster overall service. My husband and I waited about 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The greeter was decent but nothing particularly impressive and even worse was the server who was still tipped 22% because I could tell she is overworked and not supported at all. The server was visibly pregnant and we watched her working tirelessly bringing out plates of food, waiting on several tables at once and moving rapidly trying to accommodate everyone. That poor girl looked like she wanted to be anywhere else in the world . There was not a single staff member who smiled or appeared happy to be working there. The vibe was so gloomy and dark that I just prayed the food wouldn’t reflect the energy. Fortunately it didn’t. Perhaps the corporate office should look at the management at this location and retrain. A big part of the customer experience is the quality of customer service provided. This location leaves a lot to be desired. We’ll go to Laplata if we feel like Outback again.

With the test of some great food on the mind we all decided to take a short trek to the Outback steakhouse located in far away Waldorf Maryland, it was close to Thanksgiving so the place was packed and parking was at a minimum, the waitress was so so but I could tell she was doing her best considering we had a party of 10 . The mac n cheese was really good and the spicy shrimp was also good however everyone that had the wings from my party gotten some sort of stomach illness causing minor cramps and diarrhea. Other than that everything else was just fine .

Thanks Nicole & staff from Outback Steakhouse. They never disappoint. Curbside & Cook staff do great service. the steak is usually cooked exactly to my liking and that’s a plus. The French Onion Soup is great also . .

My husband and I went to Outback on July 31 to have dinner, everything was fine until I asked for a slice of cheesecake to go, but then realized I meant carrot cake which I relayed to the waitress when she returned. Of course, she had an attitude because I changed my mind. She didn’t say anything but I could tell from her facial expressions.
She didn’t bring the cheesecake back with her but she grabbed the receipt off the table ( which I thought she would change) and returned with the carrot cake (which I love) and my husband put it in the bag. The cheesecake was still listed on the receipt, so I don’t know why she was so frazzled.
Anyway, when I got home I took the leftovers out the bag along with the carrot cake and a quarter of it was missing. I was pissed and called my granddaughter to complain telling her I was going to complain on Yelp. She told me to call which I did and spoke with the manager and she was supposed to credit my account but that didn’t happen, so that’s why I’m writing this.
REMEMBER NOT TO SEND FOOD BACK AND ALSO LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE DELICIOUS CARROT CAKE THAT I EAS AFRAID TO EAT SINCE A QUARTER OF IT WAS MISSING.

I has a wonderful experience on my visit with family. We ordered wings (ALL FLATS) They was flat out Wonderful. Customer Service was on Point. Overall every about my visit was Awesome. I will be coming back sooner than later.

While dining at the booth, a roach decided to join us for dinner. This roach didn’t attempt to run and hide, it stayed around and we left. The roach wasn’t a guest or customer, he was too comfortable, he lived there and was proud.
We inform the manager, after taking 5 mins for her to come, she saw the roach for herself and said “yall can go”… no bill but I’m definitely leaving yall with this review.

Shoutout to Sean and Napaj at the bar at Outback Steakhouse. The Saturday night bartending crew was great, and Sean was especially attentive—always checking in, quick with drinks, and on top of everything even while busy. Excellent service and a great vibe. Would definitely sit at the bar again.
