I stopped here for the first time today to pick up a mobile order. I was immediately greeted with piles of trash throughout the drive through line. Everything was swarming with birds and bugs, it was disgusting!! They also left their storage shed door wide open, so who knows what may have gotten inside there and messed with things. I will never be back here.

I been coming for a while usually before or after work. Everytime I come in i get the same thing. Liz always remember my order down to a T. She is very attentive and very kind. She always make sure im not waiting long. Very good manager with some very good people skills.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Aaliyah, Ariana, and Aracelis! They were so sweet and kind! It was lovely to meet fellow “Ari”s! They were wonderful and made my evening so joyful! Thank you for being so kind! Food was also ready super quick and was the best customer service. These ladies deserve a raise! Happy holidays 🙂

Food was hot and fresh! Order was 100% correct, no issues, and there was 0 wait at the drive thru. Order was pretty much ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. 🙂

Placed order for take out. Did not check bag contents till home only to find our carefully requested customized burgers were not as requested. That was a big let down. Noticed tables had not been cleaned as we waited for our order. Not too impressed.

Onion rings were very soggy and cold. Burger was good but soda machine was out of everything on this day 11/16/2025. Only HiC orange lava I don’t like this one. I prefer Minute Maid Lemonade.. oh and no ice. Had to ask them to put ice in my cup.

UPDATE: got my food after 32 minutes in the drive thru. The TWO employees were doing their best. BK is the worst for not hiring more help and paying them better.
This is the slowest nonchalant BK I have ever seen. I am in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Never has this ever happened. The don’t care. Shut this one down.

Food gets horrible each time. I ordered a cheeseburger with nothing on it an got jalapeno pepper on it..had an allergic reaction and had to waste my food/ throw it away. Ordering from Doordash gave me the same issues. Management need to do better just in case of allergies that can lead to severe situations. I will never eat from the Wyomissing area again.

I watched an employee that waited on myself and my friend scratch his butt and put fries in a bag. But because I didn’t get fries and had whoppers made from the back employees. I let it go. It was take out, just chalked it up to young people. However cannot dismiss the baby roach that literally came crawling out of my whopper that was half eaten. That being said I called and reported it to save others so they look at the problem. I will not be dining here anymore. It was soooo long since I had a whopper. I just really wanted one. But I’m good. Just be careful if you eat here and check your food.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but at this point I think I should. Every single time, and I mean every single time I order food from this specific location my food it’s always cold, always. I wouldn’t care if this was just occasionally, because I understand that sometimes they are busy or there is just too much going on, but it’s not okay that every time I visit this location they can’t give me my food at least warm.

Its Burger King but its not the Burger King of the past. Can barely tell the difference between this and McDonald’s. The Whopper was cold and barely tasted like a Whopper. Entire restaurant was dirty. Food barely cooked right or fresh. Terrible for an establishment in Wyomissing
