Great breakfast spot! Parking is tight and it’s kinda tight inside, but worth it. The regular coffee is great. There’s a huge menu. Lots of omelet options if you like that. I got the skillet with extra crispy hash browns and bacon. Yum! It’s a huge dish. Everything was so good here! Service was good even though she was super busy.

Came here for breakfast before our day on the island and was not disappointed! The staff was great and friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the regular coffee, it tasted so good! I got the Nutella crepes with strawberries added in and he got a skillet. We were both very happy with our selections. I’m bummed we didn’t have more time to come back here again.

Highly recommend!

Excellent service! The coffee and lattes taste great! The decor inside is very colorful and appealing to the eye. They sell some pretty cool-looking teapots as well. All of the staff that we encountered had top-notch customer service skills. The food portions were very large and it was the perfect temperature. It also tasted delicious. We were there during breakfast. Even if they are busy, it is worth the wait.

This is a very popular and cosy breakfast place. We loved the food, vibe and friendly service by the staff. Being a great place to eat, this place is quite busy so be prepared to wait (we got a table in 20 mins). Speaking of food, everything tastes well. We ordered cafe mocha, Mexican grilled sandwich and veggie skillet. The only minor opportunity here was the veggie skillet where the vegetables felt a little under done but everything else was amazing.

Great place to eat breakfast. Stayed at the hotel Nextdoor, we wanted a full breakfast versus our hotel breakfast. Glad we came to Java Joe’s everything was delicious. This is definitely a place to visit when in town. Will come back.

Delicious Sunday brunch, with enormous portions, and not because of filler—the scrambles were chock full of cheese and ingredients. Our waitress was a riot and incredibly kind, particularly given how busy it was. Chocolate chip pancakes also a winner. Hope to try the espresso next time. Will return.

Excellent little place that needs more advertisement. Very cute decorations, tasty food and great coffee (both hot and iced drinks). Service was very friendly and efficient. I hope to see dinner offerings soon as this restaurant will outplay other food establishments around.

Walked in and instantly got a warm greeting. Customer service is amazing.

I had the stuffed crepes and it was super good, along with the white knight latte.
Would definitely come back.

Ah, Java Joe’s… where tradition meets disappointment in a brightly lit room decorated like your eccentric aunt’s tea cupboard.

Dropped $50 on breakfast for two adults and a kid, which felt more like a cover charge for mediocrity than a meal. My $15.99 breakfast burrito was impressively flavorless—like they went out of their way to make sure it tasted like nothing. Bold choice.

Coffee? Imagine chewing on regret with a side of caffeine. So many grounds in my cup I considered planting something in it. And don’t worry about getting a warm-up—your refill will arrive just in time for you to be finished eating and questioning your life choices.

The server was nice, just not super present. Sort of like Java Joe himself—who’s usually wandering around glad-handing customers but was mysteriously MIA this year. Maybe he’s on a spiritual journey. Or got scooped up in an ICE raid. Honestly, who knows?

The restaurant is clean and charmingly tiny, with enough mugs on the wall to start a ceramic militia. There’s merch too—because after spending $50 on breakfast, nothing says “financial wisdom” like dropping $25 on a T-shirt that smells like syrup.

We come here every year. Mostly out of tradition. Possibly out of habit. Definitely not for the coffee.
