Service was friendly but slow. To start, the restaurant had 0 guests in the building. About 5 min after I got here, a door dasher arrived, and 5 min later a couple arrived. Thats all inside the entire visit. The drive through had about 5 or 6 cars come through while I was there. Plenty of staff on shift for the lack of business (id say at least 6 people). The place was absolutely dirty. Hardly any tables were clean. While they were bossed, there was ketchup, wrappers, and crumbs on almost every table. Under the tables was trash and debris. The soda station was not properly stocked and dirty. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 wraps. They informed me after I had been waiting about 5 min that they had to drop fresh ones. No big deal. Then they dropped the ones they had down apparently so it would be another 5 1/2 min. While the staff was friendly, they were certainly slow and inattentive. It wasn’t so terrible that id never give it a 2nd chance. but is worth noting so that management can address properly.

This location is the most consistent in professionalism, customer service, and ensuring quality in each ordered prepared. In my sporadic visits, I have (knock on wood) never experienced anything other than great. BTW, who stole my Mom’s sweet tea recipe??!! Damn, that’s always on point just like the damn good Iced Caramel Macchiato!
As one can tell from the picture, I am about tear that snapper between two steamy buns apart as the cheese and sauce caress my throat. Damn good job to all employees at this location!!!

Used to come to this McDonalds frequently but after them not giving me sauce 2 times in a row I will not be back. There is nothing that makes me more mad than opening your bag ready to eat and then guess what??? No sauce. And yes I make sure to put sauce and even pay for extra sauce every time. I shouldn’t have to ask again. This McDonald’s sucks and the workers are too lazy to read a damn ticket.

The service was quick, but i ordered from the app to max my bag for the monopoly pieces i ordered a qtr pounder meal, larged with a large mocha frappe only so i could get the 3 monopoly pieces to play and was very disappointed only to recieve 1 this has been a common problem at several different locations in branson as well!!! How am i supposed to win if your not playing fair mcdonalds!!

Got my order wrong and not very friendly.
Cold, dry, rubbery chicken. Tasted strange. Ended up throwing it away. Not the first time. They screwed up our order the last two times and the food was luke warm. The iced coffee is good though.

Look I get it. It’s McDonald’s. Literally bottom of the barrel when it comes to food. But could I get my sauce on the actual sandwich next time? Whoever I’d making these things really just needs to spend 10 more seconds on aiming.

Ended up at this fine establishment at around 10 o’clock. They were busy and I had a weird order. I asked for an 11 patty hamburger with equal parts cheese. They were very happy to make it for me. No spit in it at all! Sorry for the bad picture. As you can see it was so good I just couldn’t wait!

Dining tables were dirty and the drink fountain area as well. Only my family and another were in the lobby eating and only a few cars in the drive thru but everyone was standing around. My wife asked for ketchup and the cashier told her to reach behind the counter and get it herself. I cleaned the table before and after we ate our meal and even said thank you to the staff as we left. They were very rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
