Maria and Roseanne are literally the best ask for them to make your food. I love my coffee a special way and they didn’t get mad or have an attitude. They are extremely patient and nice. Best costumer service to the entire staff. I love seeing an McDonalds with amazing staff. Everyone in there deserves a raise.

Today, this McDonald’s surprised me. The staff were very polite and very quick in the kitchen, not “as usual.” The French fries weren’t bitter, and everything was delicious and cooked quickly. The furniture needs to be updated, as the backs of the sofas are already worn out, but you can see that the staff are doing everything possible to make customers comfortable. I will definitely return to this particular McDonald’s.

I have only ever gone through the drive-through, and I use the mobile app, but every time my food has been correct, it’s always been fresh, and the staff is always polite and actually smiling… Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this place has earned one. I’ve been here countless times and I don’t think they’ve gotten my right once. It’s bad when you know you need to check the bag immediately or you’ll lose out on food you’ve paid for. The service is awful and the food is slapped together. We now go further to a different location that won’t perpetually disappoint. Management should get involved asap, it’s bad.

The workers are very nice but they were out of items and their first so subpar. I would suggest getting something better for the $8-10 dollars you will spend there. They charge $2.99 for soggy small fries!!!

This location needs to work on customer service improvements. Today I went there and waited to order in one of the drive thrus and after almost 10 minutes of waiting I found out this was not working! No sign, nothing!
Parked the car and went inside to order. Ordered using their order kiosk. When they served I had to ask for the items that I had ordered! The guy seems funny and gave me a look when I was asking for the cups for my meal! And the worst part was When I asked for a cup holder! For three cups he gave me two cup holders. Two cups in a holder!! Seriously? They don’t have any other cup holders!!
Finally, they need to think about customer service very seriously! Or be history

Stopped around 9pm for a late bite and was the only person in the drive thru. Cashier was friendly and I didn’t mind waiting an extra couple of minutes for fresh fries. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the food was hot and fresh, which usually isn’t the case when visiting a deserted fast food joint after dark. This location can get a little backed up at peak hours, but as far as late night eats, this was as good as it gets.
