Ain’t no way in hell I spent 13 dollars on this meal!!!! Barely any meat on a Mexican pizza!!! Yea this definitely my last time going here!!!! Give ppl what they pay for!!!! Then half way thru it was hard white pieces of some typea particles..I did talk to the manager and he’s going to make it right!!! But dang this use to be one of my favorite places!!

Got the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco meal there last night and it was fairly good! Baja blast is good as always too. However, there was some sort of back up inside? I’m the last to be an ass & blame service workers so I didn’t make a big deal about it but my food took maybe 30 minutes to get out when my friend who ordered right before me got her food almost right away. The guy who gave me my order apologized for the wait though and gave me some cinnamon ball things (idk their name) which was real nice of them. As for cleanliness, the restaurant was up kept real good!! I’m a fan of Taco Bell’s brand image as well so added points to atmosphere for that :p

Rude service and refusal to remake mistakes. 3 nights in a row I tried to get my food right and in the end a hot mess cost me 30 dollars. I asked for my extras not for you to slop everything together in the messiest way possible. 10 bucks each time and they never remade or replaced my order. I don’t recommend going here even if your willing to pay extra to make it your way they were so much better a year ago.

Just got home from a noontime drive-thru visit this Friday to TB. Food was delicious as always!!! The young lady that took our order did just fine. The only less than stellar note was the other young lady who gave us our food and our card back. I’ve encountered her more than once, and she seems to lack ANY customer service skills. No greeting, no speaking, and quite an unfriendly look! She can and should do better…

Our drinks tasted super weird, unless they gave me a diet pepsi instead of a regular, but my boyfriend’s baja blast tasted weird too. I’ve had issues with the drinks tasting weird other times as well, and they continuously forget our extra salsa which wouldn’t be a big deal if you didn’t have to pay for it. I get that it’s 20¢, but after multiple times it’s getting annoying and adds up. A few employees are nice, but the majority seem like they hate working there.
