Interstate 40, exit 116. Located inside the Marathon gas station. I find this McDonald’s to be quick and convenient, easy to get to and from the Interstate. Fill up the gas tank, and grab a quick breakfast. From my experience, the drive thru lane never gets super busy. They do a great job keeping everything movin’. Coffee was hot and fresh, and my apple pie was soft and warm. Good deals on the app. 5/5.

I have to pull forward to wait in my food only to get cold food…. And no sauces. They were handing out happy meals behind us which is what we ordered. Should do random drug testing that would fix most of the problem.

I upped it from a 1 i guess it depends. But they upped their fry game so its better.
Bad. Check your bags every visit. I didnt even get my sauce, only got half an order of large fries… the burger king next door has better service and consistency. Not coming back!

Cant get anything right, waited 30 mins on 3 burgers and 3 fries. I know it’s just fast food, but these kids need to get it together and do a better job. And corporate needs to spend a little more time on hiring people who wanna keep their facilities running smooth.

I asked for extra onion on my hamburgers and this is what I got. Extra onion on top of 1 of the burgers, if that’s what you want to call it. And I guess that is a piece of onion on the pickle, which I threw away.

So I came here tonight with my grandmother. I put in a pick up order that somehow got lost, mind you, the app showed it was paid for. Anyways, when they never brought my food out after waiting 30 minutes I decided to drive around the drive thru-when I got up there they said “oh!” Here ya go. Before I left I proceeded to check my order like I do any other time, it was the wrong order. So here I am once again in the drive thru line, explaining, they messed my order up and gave me the wrong order. The lady at the window asked me to pull forward and wait for my food..so I wait…and wait..and wait. After ONE HOUR I FINALLY received my food. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. FAST FOOD-should be fast, efficient, and timely. If I wanted to wait over an hour for food, I would have went in and sat down somewhere. It doesn’t help the fact my grandmother has health issues and we were trying to just hurry and get something to eat. McDonald’s YOU need to do better. YOU need to be fast, efficient, and prioritize orders properly. Online orders are supposed to be made to order and when I get there, should be ready! There’s no excuse to why my order wasn’t ready and no justification as to why it was all screwed up. If Emily orders Emily’s meal, she doesn’t want papa joes meal. She wants her own. I’d kindly like a call or someone to reach out. Because our experience here tonight was unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient. Thank you.

A rare but appreciated 5 star McDonald’s. Drive thru – Food was hot and fresh, staff was friendly. And, didn’t have to beg for ketchup when ordering burgers and fries! They have common sense too!
