My husband and I stopped by Burger King not even realizing they changed the Whopper… and let me tell you — that Whopper was SOOOOO good!

It was fresh, hot, perfectly made, and full of flavor. I literally tried calling the store four times just to tell them how good it was! No one answered, but I promise I was calling to give compliments, not complain.

The service was also great — friendly and efficient.

Now I have to say… we’ve been to Burger King before and they just can’t compete where they don’t compare. That Whopper was awful — no flavor, not fresh, just disappointing.

Clayton location? 10/10. Thank you for the great service and the BEST Whopper experience!

Burger King is my favorite and we’ve been coming to this location for years.

The remodel is beautiful and our kids love that the playground was preserved. One thing that wasn’t saved though were high chairs. What restaurant doesn’t have any high chairs??????? Had to hold our baby and take turns eating

Someone without kids must of headed up the remodel.

I’m not sure who has taken over this Burger King but…..they are doing an amazing job!
Every time I visit in the daytime, There is a Hispanic lady manager and the quality products coming out of that restaurant now are like the commercials. You know when you think it never looks like that… Well everything I’m getting does!

Keep up the amazing work because this restaurant used to not be that great… But spectacular now.

Extremely slow service which i was understanding for my first order which was pretty big since it was meals for 3 people and it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food so it being a somewhat big order i let it go but I went and ordered food to take home which was only 2 burgers and a 8pc nugget and waited another 40 minutes and that was just too much time, I had to constantly ask about the order and the place wasint even that full with people and when i walked out with my food there was NOBODY in the drive through it was just an overall bad experience and i waited too much time for my food, I encourage you not to go if you don’t want to waste your time but other than that the food was fine just i won’t be going again

Went in right after the remodel was complete food was hot and tasty and the playplace was also very clean and neat for my kids. However, 3 minutes into the meal a homeless couple interrupted us asking for money then hung around trying to talk to us before leaving… over the next 15 mins they hung around the lobby and approached other customers. Had not been here for some time it seems they still have problems and mgmt not doing anything about it

This is normally our go-to! However, recently this location has been going down hill rapidly! We arrived on a Tuesday late afternoon by 5 p.m. and there was five customers total in th building. No one in the play area. We came to check out the new ‘How to Train Your Dragon,” combos. Sadly, we were gravely disappointed ☹️. I strongly encourage you to save your money. We bought a kids nugget meal($4.59) and the Red Bun Flaming Grill Whopper Meal($11.29). The representative that took our order was constantly drifting off in space, little to no eye contact(unless he rolled them or sighed deeply). If you work in a customer service field and are the first impression when someone comes in, you may want to take all that into consideration in regards to staffing and positions. Although, we do live in a world that is constantly dealing with short staffing. He acted in words and actions as if he would rather walk out the door than take our order. Then when we received our “To Go,” meal, that was actually “Eat In,” we rolled with it! Minor mishaps happen! We headed to the play area. No one was present in the play area the entire time we ate our meal in approximately 30 minutes or more. And the play area was still empty, and extremely dirty. In the restaurant, attendance was workers and 2 adults eating. The nugget meal with fries, was warm and okay(consisted of a black hair in fries) which found its way in the trash! The medium combo with Red Bun Flame Grill Whopper was terrible. Bun tasted plain(although it boasts of having natural veggies), burger looked like “Mystery Meat,” and tasted bland even with sauce, condiments etc. warm to touch. The onion rings were less than half full for medium and ICE cold. Many individuals will read this and question why I tried the combo, or why I didn’t take it back in order to receive different food. My answer to that regretfully as a reviewer is relatively negative because of asking for “Fresh,” meals gives way to “Bad Things,” happening to my new food(I will not list in this post). With previous bad experiences, I’ve learned to try, review and not return. But this is one opinion.

I’m glad burger king got a facelift. It looks nice. But can your staff be any slower. You can’t even hear them when you’re giving your order. And when we give them money at the window, the young man barely speaks to you.Where is the personality.

Probably the worse burger king I’ve ever been to, worse costume service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Took over 25 minutes to get a burger and a medium fry, the woman bagging the orders at the front ignored everyone who asked her a question or to ask about their orders, then proceeds to laugh about it. Very unprofessional. I will never go back to this location.

I went to the Burger King in Clayton. You can’t go inside they are still doing reservations, i guess. So I went thru the drive thru. And of course anytime you drive thru a drive thru, you almost garentee to have something wrong with your order. They shorted me an order of hash browns. And they didnt give me a reciept so they didn’t have a clue to what I ordered.
Don’t go there. Go to Wendy’s across the parking lot.

Ordered online today for pick up through drive through, was in line for 25min to get food. I was given my order and was missing my large onion rings(only reason I go to BK). I went inside to find out others were missing onion rings as well and they had none in stock but said nothing to the fact that they had none…… worst BK ever.
