food was decent despite being wrong. employees smoking in the bathroom keeping me from finding sweet relief from a 10 hour car ride. no salt, no ketchup. nothing. orders were incorrect. service was rude and complained when we asked for the drinks we paid for.

This is worst excuse for a McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. The employee’s are rude, refuse to serve you and hateful. They will cuss you out when they give you the wrong order and try to get it corrected. The only had medium fry and drink containers and refuse to give you a refund when you ask for your money back. The store is unsafe, there have been shootings in the parking lot. Stay away from this location!

I went to this McDonald’s as I was driving to Spartanburg as a quick break. They have friendly staff, food was fresh(better than most McDonald’s I’ve been to in years), they got my order to me quick and the food was neat and good. I give this restaurant 5 stars all the way around. Thanks for the great experience.

This was so unbelievable due to the fact I picked this order up in the front lobby and No One asked was I ok with the substitution of the bread. The bread does not even cover all the meat. We was so excited that the McRib was back in season. Just think to drive home and then you see this Mess. I drove back to the McDonald’s off E. Frederick St. and asked for the Manager. The Manager just casually walked over and gave me the refund without saying sorry for the inconvenience or any remorse.

Today at 10:47 the lady at the drive thru had it going on she was taking both sides of the drive thru and didn’t have any rudeness. She was quick and probably the only one who handles the drive thru perfectly. I asked her name and she gave it to me but I didn’t want to spell it wrong. First time ever having a five star experience at this McDonald’s.
