The good first: chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were tasty but not very warm. I dined in the restaurant. The bad: no carbonation in the soda, which was flat. Service was indifferent to say the least. The workers don’t seem very happy to be there. Their sandwich may be competitive with Chick Fillet, but the customer experience is nowhere near it and needs improvement.

I went to get my pick up order and showed the employee (District Manager by the way) my proof of purchase which was my receipt I was sent in my email. He couldn’t find the order and passed me off to the store manager. The employee then asked for the name on the order. I gave them my wife’s name since she put in the order. The employee replied “We cant find your order and you’ll have to get a refund on the app and request a refund.” I thought to myself ok that’s weird. I messaged my wife to let her know what was going on. I asked again, because maybe there was a lag in the system and the order may have not come through. Again, I was told to go to the app and request a refund. We tried to request a refund and the chat support said to show the receipt to the employee and they can make the order. The store manager and district manager were adamant that they could not make the order until it comes into their system. I showed the district manager and store manager the receipt to see if they could pull up an order number. Again they weren’t much help. I asked what am I supposed to do and they had no clue. So the district manager made a call to someone and I could hear them tell the district manager to check the name on the receipt. He asked for my receipt and in a rude way said “You told us the wrong name! Your name is Home! The app never asked for our name, we put our order in and it sent a receipt to show proof of purchase.The system must just put the name “Home” as a default if it not filled in. I explained that to him and I apologized, but was not happy on how I was treated. He gave me my food and my cups to fill my drinks. As I stood there filling my drinks, I thought to myself “If only they used critical thinking skills and just look at the name on the receipt I showed them multiple times, we wouldn’t be in this position.” I told the manager and stated I can take part of the blame for not telling the right name, but you didn’t even try to look at the name on the receipt and that I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated.” The district manager had to call someone just for them to tell him to look at the name on the receipt. My god critical thinking skills should be a requirement for that type of position. I will never go back there ever again, horrible service. I know I cant be the only person that messed with a name on an order, now that look at other reviews I am correct. Customers make mistakes, but the employees, especially management should be able to troubleshoot issues and find out whats going on.

I had an incorrect order. I ordered two fish sandwiches, but instead I got two chicken sandwiches. Too far to go back and exchang. This was a drive thru order. Be sure too look and check before leaving. Oddly enough the sandwich wraps said fish.

I ordered delivery through the app. Didn’t get my Mac and cheese or biscuits. They gave me the wrong wings. Chicken sandwich was good. Adding update to my review customer service is a total joke no way to contact them except threw email and I have requested serval times for my money back on the items I didnt receive and they keep giving me the run around.

Went to the W. Saginaw Rd on 11/13/25. From out of town & never had it before. Clean, friendly, awesome mac & Cheese. Fun Music. Only thing that would make it is fried Okra i dont eat fast food often, but this was Great Tasting Food!

Blaming a technical error on a “merger with Amazon” when I’ve never had issues using points within the app at other locations is weird. Then to say it’s been happening to other customers… then fix it since it’s a business side issue and not customer side. No help to remediate the situation just expected to leave without food, even with the app saying my order should be in the process of being prepared. I was just looking for quick food since I was running late for an appointment, instead left hungry and feeling stupid.

I placed an online order last week using Apple Pay to purchase my meal. Upon arriving at the location, the associate at the drive-through informed me that they could not locate my order. I went inside and presented my digital receipt, which included the time, date, and location, along with confirmation in the Popeyes app that my order was ready. Despite this, the associate was dismissive and rude, refused to prepare my meal, and declined to issue a refund. Definitely some funny business going on here beware of this establishment.
