Placed an online order waited 35 minutes in the drive thru and still could not get my order. They still charged and refused to refund. Sent a email no response. Absolutely disgusting.

Place was as expected and service was fast enough considering a new guy (Jayden) was at the register. We decided to order takeout inside vs the drive thru since it was only 1 customer inside and several cars on the drive thru.
More experienced manager helped out the newbie and made our ordering / checkout easier. Ordered an ice matcha latte, cream cheese original bagel, hashbrowns, and egg on a bagel. Order was correct and tasted fine. Hashbrowns were a bit on the oily side and smaller than I expected so probably not ordering that again.
Overall an OK Dunkin’.
Facility note: Cleanliness of the facility could be improved, but it does seem like this place is popular with travelers, so there’s plenty of foot traffic. About traffic, vehicles entering the lot are not careful so watch out for rude / inattentive drivers pulling into the place. An SUV almost clipped us while we were parking near the entrance (and we were already using signal lights). Parking lot is a bit cramped with limited spots.

Not sure who manages this one but they really need new management. I unfortunately had to go here twice today. Staff is not trained properly, treat customers poorly, unnecessarily long wait times inside and at drive through. Also did not ensure lid was actually on my coffee when handing to me and caused me to burn my hand and was not offered an apology. I don’t ask for much but some common courtesy customer service would go a long way. I am a pretty down to earth easy going person and can appreciate the fact that these type of jobs are fast paced, difficult, and underpaid – but management clearly doesn’t support or train their staff well.

Awful Customer Service!!!!!!! This Dunkin’ really needs better management! It is such a shame how it is ran. I went today and ordered a double shot espresso with sugar. When I received my HOT coffee it was in a plastic cup meant for cold beverages. I told the lady at the drive thru (curly hair) that I wanted it in a hot a cup and she replied “Why”? I said because that is a cold beverage cup and I don’t want the plastic taste in my coffee. She proceed to give me an attitude and tried to dump the coffee from the plastic cup to the hot beverage cup which defeats the purpose. I expressed that I wanted it to be remade and she really gave me an unnecessary hard time over it. With the constant back and forth and bad attitude she could have remade it easily by then. I did state I was willing to get my money back and go somewhere else but she refused and finally remade it. I guess she was irritated enough that she didn’t put any sugar in it like I originally requested.
This Belleview Dunkin has so many complaints on Facebook! If you go on our local word of mouth group you can see where countless employees talk about mistreatment from management. They also discuss how management refuses to give employees the tips that customers leave. They have a high turnover rate over and often times seem to be under staff. Overall this is one of the most poorly ran Dunkin’ I have ever been to and it’s such a shame.
Highly recommended Ellianos coffee over this location. They have definitely lost my business.

I went to this location in Belleview with my little one to get some donuts at 8:40pm and when I was going to order from the inside to buy the donuts the young girl just said she couldn’t sale any donuts meanwhile there were still plenty of donuts and still 20 minutes before closing since it does say they close at 9pm. Horrible customer. It would make more sense to lock your doors so no customers go inside and be unable to make a purchase. Poor management for sure.

This place has absolutely no leadership, we order our drinks 20 minutes early and still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody knows what they’re doing in this store. Unless you have all day to wait do not come here!

Got charged $30 for my online order. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone asked me if i needed help. Showed up and they never received an order under my name. Showed the manager and another worker that it already charged me. They just said “Can’t do anything about it we never received an order” even though I was already charged. Manager was super rude treating me like im a child who doesn’t know what they’re doing. Then she just walked away and completely ignored me. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Never going to that Dunkin again.
