So Happy with my experience! I needed to feed a hungry work crew of 15 quickly. They were so pleasant helped me with my order, got me out fast. Everything was hot and fresh, neat and orderly. I went to a different place first that failed miserably and wasted my time. Shout out to the guys working 2/21/26 around 1:45pm. I hope you get your props!

The cashier was rude instead of welcoming and asking how could she help me, she decided to say “whenever you’re ready” after having me wait thinking she wasn’t ready to take my order. I get the food and had to return it for a refund because the fries were literally dumped in the bag with the fry container upside down!! The burger had mayo piled on and running over. When I asked for a refund and stated that the service and food was trifling, she stated that she just work there. The manager didn’t apologize or say anything just handed me a receipt like nth happened. SMH

Man where do I start. The first time they missed an order from Uber eats. I told my husband to call but he let it slide. The other day not only did they missed another order they didn’t put a whole burger in the bag and didn’t have the stickers to cover the drinks. We threw the drinks away. I know my husband tips the Uber drivers well. But the employees dropped the ball both times of messing up our orders. Beware of ordering from them on Uber eats.

BK# 22956- 31 Light St- Customer service was poor, the manager attitude was negative. We requested the manager because the cashier could not resolve our coupon questions. The young manager (in black shirt) avoided addressing us, after 17 mins of waiting we asked the manager why she had not addressed us. She displayed a negative reaction and said she did not had too. We’ve visited other restaurants, this has been the worst experience so far.

A nice BK staffed with great folks. Seating and tables are always clean, and getting your food is a breeze, even when it’s packed (though anyone thinking these folks can get you your order in 5 seconds when there are 10 people in front of you during lunch? I’ve got a bridge to sell ya.)

I’ve never left a review for anywhere before. This BK was so amazing. So clean, employees were so incredible and sweet and helpful. So nice. There’s so many crappy BKs in the area that can also be sketchy unfortunately if you’re a woman, especially alone at night. We felt very safe at this one and the employees hooked us up.

It’s a Burger King, but it was the cleanest, most welcoming BK I have been in for a long time. I work for the city and honestly popped in mostly to use the restroom. Since I respect that BK is a business I bought some chicken fries that they held up front for me while I used the facilities.
I was greeted by a friendly gentleman and on my way to the RR noticed how clean and orderly the dining room was. Perfectly centered crowns on every table. The RR was clean and well stocked too.
I just want to praise the people who are taking pride in their work over there. You will continue to get my business.
