Picture a Rodizio steak house for sushi and you’re halfway there. Now take the best, most gourmet flavors mixed with fresh fish and you can see the mountain top. Now combine all of that with a friendly and chill, completely un-uptight atmosphere and you’ve reached Temak.
This not so hidden gem is inconspiculously placed a little off the beaten trail but conveniently off of Hillsboro. The all you can eat special isn’t only reasonable, it’s practically stealing.
We were blessed with service from Murillo, who up front told us the lay of the land. He is wise beyond his years and was quick to make recommendations that fit our needs, and the food was delivered to the table, with lightening speed.
The place has a little something for everyone, and even the most discerning sushi connoisseur will be impressed, and there are plenty of options for the less adventurous as well.
Will now be part of our regular visits to the area. Thank you !

First time trying this restaurant and I’m already in love I’ve never experienced these feelings and tasting flavors before until tonight. 1000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TOTALLY RECOMENDED! This place has been our go-to sushi spot for years! I usually get the Sake Fire, and my wife loves the Temak Fila Tempura. Both are absolutely delicious every single time. The sushi here is truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the United States.
Their all-you-can-eat menu is phenomenal, with great variety and top-notch freshness. The Salmon Sunomono is easily the best I’ve ever tasted. Prices are very fair for the exceptional quality they offer.
If you love sushi, this is the place to go!
