Wonderful. Fabulous. Magnificent. This is the best one I’ve ever been to. Everyone was nice, polite and helpful except one who was just grumpy but still helpful. All the food was hot and fresh. Salad was cold and fresh. Our server was very sweet. She was quick with drink refills and picked up used plates often.
They close at 8 pm. We got there at 7 pm. I figured we would get all the last dried up stuff at the end of the day. That was not happening with this crew. They kept everything full, fresh and hot. Fresh desserts were still coming out at 7:30 pm too. This place earned the 5 stars!

We went on Thanksgiving. Food was so-so. The flavor and texture was just not what we’re used to.
Although, the Mashed Potatoes were quite good, the Breaded Shrimp very good and the pork and ham were good. But stay away from the carved Beef Roast. It was very sinewy.. couldn’t even cut. Price was reasonable. Atmosphere was like most buffets but no Thanksgiving smell.
Our table waitress was very attentive.

I went to Golden Corral bloomingdale for my girl friends Birthday and the Manager Eva took care of us , she came to visit us personally and provide great customer service . The waiting staff was excellent . We got a coupon for next time we go because it was Presidents’ Day and her birthday coupon that day did not apply but the Manager made sure my Girl friend had a great 60th Birthday . We will eat at that location again soon!

Out of all buffets I have gone to, that one was likely the worst. The food was a very limited variety(the space in the picture is it) and it was just straight up not good. Service was average besides the waiter I got. That’s all for the review but side story coming up soon.
I came here with my mother and i went to go get a spoon since I had forgotten to get one for my gelatin. I came back and what happened next was tragedy. I didn’t see my plate, just some plates stacked in the middle of the table. I put my spoon down in my spot and banged my head on the table. My mother, MY OWN FLESH AND BLOOD had put my gelatin in the dirty dishes pile. I will be keeping the spoon forever.

Your guests have the parking lot all screwed up. What’s the deal with people parking right at the front door and just jumping back into traffic with no warning. You need to paint that whole front area yellow. Your part of a bigger mall not a stand alone restaurant. Your going to get people hurt. But let me guess it’s in the parking lot so it’s not your problem until it is.

Food was dry, luke warm but still pretty good for being buffet food. The staff all seemed really friendly and attentive. I wasnt pleased with the bathroom. There was on the floor and wall. It looked dry so maybe more cleaning could be done more often.

Rude staff at night. Overcharged me. Not the first time this happened but this time I spoke up and I got rude responses.
I got takeout, they ask you what size tray, the cost is per pound. I asked if they remove the weight of the tray, and they claim they will not charge for the tray. There are multiple sizes so obviously the large tray will way more than a smaller one even though you can fit a similar amount of food in each one.
You get your food and put the tray on the scale and see the weight and they enter it and charge you per pound. Not only did they overcharge me they also didn’t remove the weight of the tray. Not the first time, this time I spoke up, and they gave me rude responses, just yelled NO at me when I explained it to them and ignored me when I asked if they could weigh one empty tray to compare. Wouldn’t answer or acknowledge me but was muttering stuff to the other guy. Nahh…. I work multiple jobs and work hard for my money, I don’t care if it’s 1 penny (it’s much more), don’t scam me, don’t lie to paying customers and don’t be rude to paying customers. And don’t put a guy at the register if they don’t understand simple logic or math or don’t know how to talk to a customer.
I usually like the food here but this time it was mediocre slop. They sent me a bunch of emails about having chicken wings but didn’t have any. Instead they had ribs and it was super dry and not fresh at 6 pm at night. Waste of money. Used to spend a lot of money here, Won’t be back

Worst service I’ve received at any place before.
I came in today for lunch and it wasn’t super busy, but I was met with nobody getting me a drink. I went through two plates before I had to bring it to someone.
Nobody was clearing plates, checking on me, etc. I had to bring my drink up to a waitress 5 times which is just insane.
My steak was also undercooked I asked multiple times for medium rare and they kept giving me something uncooked and not edible.
It just seemed super off putting and especially when it’s just the basics im looking for. Super disappointed

The food was not good at all. First time I didn’t leave full. Everything was so bland. The roast was like chewing a softball. We had to fill up our own drink even though we weren’t supposed to but we got really thirsty and tired of waiting to see out waitress. First time I never left a tip. The vanilla ice wasn’t even working. No real butter in sight. Algonquin is definitely the best around compared to this one and Boilingbrook.
