This is the most delicious spot I’ve discovered for the price I paid. I would definitely come back again. The shrimp were amazing. It’s fast seafood but tastes like restaurant quality — the best of both worlds. The place could maybe use a little remodeling, but I still give it a 10/10 because the food was absolutely delicious. For Good Friday during lent we wanted to enjoy Long John Silver fish for lunch. Due to the limited locations in Houston we have not been to a LJS in a long time. When did they change to waffle fries? They were delicious!! The fish was really good (love the crispies) and hushpuppies were so good! I also found it refreshing to see the staff hard at work cleaning the area after the lunch rush (the ketchup and tater sauce area really needed cleaning). There were 2 employees cleaning the dining area, but I was only able to capture one in the picture. (I hope he doesn’t mind.) The other employee who cleaned also worked the register. (He looked like the cute version of Michael Jackson.) Thank you to the LJS management at this location and the entire staff for working hard and making this a great experience for me!

We ordered mobile ahead of time And got a two fish piece combo and a fish sandwich combo. the sandwich was supposed to come with cheese curds, Which we’re not in the bag so my fiancé went back in by this point it had been about 10 minutes since we had gotten our order and was forced to wait another five minutes because nobody was at the counter and instead of remaking his now 15 minute old cheese, curds, they just gave him the same ones. They originally made because they forgot to put it in the bag. We also ordered hush puppies. The hush puppies and the fries were stale and nasty, the only good thing was the fish.

Spent over $40 to get dry fish and chicken, the hush puppies were burnt and the burger patties were dry, burnt and same for the bun. When I took the food back to complain the manager said it was our fault cause we “sat too long”
Like I didn’t realize a burger can burn by sitting too long at a table.

Of course everyone loves Long John Silver’s, and I even drove 1 hour to satisfy our LJS craving. I visited the location today (12/07/25) at around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The older lady at the counter was not welcoming—no greeting, no smile, and her overall attitude made us feel as if our presence was an inconvenience. This is not the type of customer service we expected.
Additionally, the dining area was not clean. There were napkins and crumbs on the floor and around the seating area. We sat at the round table in the corner, and there was a gap between two chairs with a noticeable amount of trash in between. It was clearly visible and should have been cleaned.
Overall, the restaurant needs better attention to cleanliness, and the staff could greatly improve their customer service. Even our kids were thanking them with smiles, yet the staff showed no friendliness in return.

The staff and the service they provided were top notch. It was a relaxing atmosphere with soothing music playing in the background.

The bathroom was clean but the toilet flush was broken, so I had to open the top to put the chain back on to get it to work.

The food was fresh and tasted good. Just a slight hiccup, but the fish was a little salty. Besides that, all good!

What can I say? The staff was amazing, the facility clean as was the parking area. Tay prepared the food with kindness and care…I felt as if my grandmother had cooked it. when I dropped my shrimp on the floor she did not hesitate to replace them. Harim welcomed us as if we were royalty. Let’s not forget Greg, he was very friendly and extremely respectful towards me and my friend. We live in Spring and traveled a ways to get here. We were not disappointed. Well done!!!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love to eat at this location, as there are not many around.

We came through the drive-thru and CJ, The manager asked us what we wanted and because the screen was out for the Long John Silver’s side, we asked him about the fish and chicken meals.

He said he didn’t have baskets that contained fish and chicken together and we told him yes, they did because we JUST came last week.

He continued to talk over us and tell us they didn’t have the fish and chicken combination meals, so, frustrated, we came inside.

We talked to the cashier and told her what happened and he walked over to her and never acknowledged us, apologized, explained himself or anything.

He does not deserve the position he holds and it’s quite clear that his staff abhors his actions.

CJ is rude, condescending and does not care about proper customer service and needs re-training or another job that involves him talking to himself or animals.

This location has the ability to be great and make more money, if you remove him from
Management.

I used to love this place so much. I hadn’t been in years so I decided to visit. I was greatly disappointed. The food had a nasty aftertaste and the service wasn’t that great. They were loud and arguing in the kitchen. I did dine in and it was so distracting. I definitely won’t be back here.

I love it when my food is piping hot!
I am highly impressed and extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Tate, Harim, & Greg at the 10270 North Freeway location. My sister dropped a portion of her food. Taye immediately insisted to clean it up and replace the food. I’ll be back for sure!
