Workers were nice, but the food was cold terribly cold. I cannot believe this is being sold cold. I only live across the street. I got home went to eat, and I had to put it in the oven. This is so terrible. I hope they’re not serving this cold all the time I don’t know how they are in business. I wish I can get a refund for the whole thing. This is terrible waste of my hard earned money.

Super weird. Door was locked to go inside. Random dude let me in. Ordered, manager lady put some cups on counter not sure if they were ours. Was also wearing a mask and when asked “are these our cups?” Mumbled under mask. Still snagged cups and created fun drink’s. People keep knocking on the locked door so I continue to let them in. Then the food came after about fifteen minutes of standing around from 8:13-8:28pm.
Nuggs were rock hard and inedible. Fries cold and soggy. Would have dipped into the many sauces I ordered, had they been included. Like an idiot, I did the same thing the following week thinking maybe they had a bad night. Nah, just terrible food and service.

I have never had a problem with this Wendy’s before, usually the staff on at night are efficient and friendly and fast. Tonight on the other hand was horrible, we sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting for our food, that was the wrong food when we got home. I also didn’t get my BBQ Sauce, the staff seemed like they were overwhelmed, and no one was talking to guest nicely or efficiently! I would have to say it will be awhile before I go back again.

Today, I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad through the drive-thru. The salad not only looked like a half-size instead of a full-size, but it also didn’t have chicken or blue cheese. I went back 5 minutes later and mentioned that to the drive-thru lady, who I think her name is Angela, and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. So not only was the food not good, but I was also mistreated, and ended up hungry and angry.

Food is always decent at this Wendy’s. We did wait a while in the drive thru & make sure to check your order before you leave. Since most everything seems to close at 10pm in the Cape through the week, this isn’t a bad option

Cannot order from a human being inside the dining room. We were told that all ordering must be done on the kiosk, and if you don’t like it they are nice enough to tell you to have a nice day before walking away from you.

I asked my hubby to grab some breakfast for us at the golf course. We all wanted the chicken biscuit so I needed a minimum of 10. The lady refused to sell more than 5 to my hubby so they wouldn’t run out of biscuits. What???? Either way, you’re selling them. Make more! Poor guy went to another Wendy’s to get the other 5. The employees were happy. I guess we’ll go to the other Wendy’s next time we wasn’t to treat the co-workers.

Wendy’s is on a whole new level with breakfasts. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was perfect! The breakfast fries has good seasoning, and was not overcooked. The frosty-ccino was the perfect blend of coffee and vanilla flavor, not too bitter, but not too sweet either.
The breakfast was phenomenal!
