The guy working the drive thru is very nice and this is not anything to do with him. However my fries were so burnt that they were inedible no potato left in them how are you serving that to anyone is a joke. The supreme dinner with no biscuit second time that’s happened in a month. This Bojangles used to be the best within Craven and Carteret counties. Now its the worse. The dirty rice is always overcooked, the biscuits are at times doughy, the fries hardly have any seasoning on them, and the chicken must be seasoned differently because it tastes kind of plain. It still has a little spice to it but to seems to be missing something.

Why did it take three pieces of wax paper and two paper trays to serve me my food stacked on top of a plate?
Or put another way, why did I have to unwrap my eggs from moist paper???
This was not to go, and I was standing right there for them to hand it to me.
Why are you hiring people who find something so simple so hard?

Bojangles buys chicken by the pound and then sells it to customers by the piece. When did the chicken gets smaller Bojangles is still paying the same per pound price, but they are giving the customers less chicken for the same money……

Hair in my biscuit. Definitely not mine. Almost ate it. I’m from out of town so I was attracted to the score cards in the windows out here and their rating was good but the first time we went they had no biscuits then this time they did but only 5 for the box (accepted a cinnamon twist instead). Got home, opened box, ate half then seen the hair in the middle. Wear hair nets… simple. Wear hair nets so stressed workers aren’t shedding all over the food.

After waiting 10 minutes for my drive thru ordered food, I had to leave without it. The car ahead of me did the same. Wish I could have gotten a refund, but who knows how long that would have taken. Don’t let them get you to pull ahead!!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service from what’s supposed to be a “Manager” named Maura. Over 35 minutes waiting, I guess because she thought I was with the lady with the big tailgate order & she told her to go sit down and I remained standing (beings I had ordered on the app and it told me to come in and pick up my food) seemed like that got her upset because I didn’t want to go sit down which she demanded three times while walking past. I couldn’t believe the disrespect. Being patient didn’t matter, MAURA if that’s how you spell it was Extremely RUDE extremely disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I have never in a million years ever dealt with someone so disrespectful and rude in this Bojangles before and I’ve grown up here in Havelock. Slamming food, on the counter and broke the box for the food where my food was falling out the bottom, slammed the drink on the counter where the lid was hanging off and the drink spilled out the top. There was a young lady and boy who was trying to give me my food and be helpful but, it seemed like she enjoyed being nasty and took pleasure in it. Everyone in line watched what she did and it was humiliating. The fact that she’s working in customer service in the food service industry is insane. You never know what being nasty, rude and completely disrespectful can do to a persons day, who knows what they could be going through. She needs to be in the back, or not there at all. Every time I tried to explain I was there for my app order, and I wasn’t with the large order for the tailgate order she completely dismissed me.

I cannot begin to say how disappointing this visit was. Had to wait at the drive thru order box before I could order with several cars behind me. Once I got my order there was no seasoning on the fries, the chicken leg look like a drumette from a wing, and the thigh once the breading was removed was only two small bites of chicken. The breading on the chicken was hard and almost impossible to eat. Please see photos the chicken is on a fry bag to give you an idea of just how small the chicken pieces were. They must be desperate and using pullets vs full grown chickens!

Havelock establishment is right on par with the Newport location. Both restaurants lack customer service and seem to only hire people who were not taught basic manners. Only thing this location has going for it is its sausage biscuits, other than that , It’s a cesspool of disappointment and rude staff.

I hit the drive-thru quite frequently… Most of the time the food is five stars….. But yesterday was not good. I ordered a steak and egg biscuit….. The steak was pretty dried out. I didn’t even eat all of the steak because it was so hard.
