As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We truly love our MI Checkers! We’ve been eating here for many years, and have never been disappointed. Their sandwiches are great, and their fries may actually be the best in the business! The staff here has always been friendly over the years, and we love sitting outside, watching the traffic on Courtenay and the often interesting weather. Seriously, we do love this place!

So tonight we got our lunch at 2:15am. And decided we wanted checkers. The app, and Google both say your open until 3am. We get their and order. When we get to the window, this young lady asks us why we came so late. I was like it’s not 3 yet is it? And she’s like it’s close enough. I still had 20min. Then she says we close our line down at 2:40, next time don’t come so late. And the guy in the back was complaining about having to make our food. If you close the line at 2:40 then your close time should be 2:40. So we open our food and it’s like luke warm and nasty with cold sliced cheese. This isn’t right. Take my money and give me garbage.

Came in a few minutes after 2am as I had just gotten off work. First thing I ordered was 5 seasoned tenders, and was told it would be 7 minutes to make and if I was okay with that. I stated that yes I would wait and proceeded with the rest of the order. I came up to the windows and received everything but the first meal I ordered. The chicken… I stated that I was missing a meal and willing to pay for it. It was the tenders that I was asked about. I was told to pull around to the other drive thru to wait for the other order so I did. After waiting a few minutes, the blonde girl passed me the bag and I asked if the meal came with a drink and she lied to me and said no. After already waiting, I was not willing to fight for my order any more and left. After coming home, found pieces of paper inside of the burger toppings while double checking the food. Stay away.

They have difficulty following instructions by not including tomatoes. I would not go back. I paid almost $9 for a double burger when I just wanted a single with bacon and BBQ sauce. It was the same price as a double bacon. Never again.

The food was so good!! And the apple pies are worth every penny! We ordered double cheese burgers, chicken sandwiches, chocolate shakes, and apple pies.

You took away being able to order just tenders and now can only get them in a combo ( food delivery apps), not a fan of this everything is ok in its own way, but that change alone kinda puts me off you guys the buffalo tenders were a great addition and now it’s disappointing that we can’t order them anymore.

The guy preparing the food and everybody else is cool. The lady taking the order got my order wrong and I told her about it and she insisted it was right even after I told her last time I paid more. Sure enough it was wrong. The guy helped with some things but a 2 for $4.50 meal instead of a 2 for $7.00 without fries is a deliberate action

Today for the first time I tried a chicken sandwich (Mother Cruncher) it was cooked PERFECTLY, the bun was soft and fresh and that was the absolute best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!!!!
