These guys are doing a good job-the professionalism is there. Cool music and a nice vibe in here. The food is great. Skip the Wendy’s and eat something fresh and nice here instead.

Normally I don’t complain, but this being the 3rd time they make half my bowl is ridiculous. Every time I order online they seem to short me. Not sure who’s in charge of portion control but fill my bowl up! I’m paying full price so please provide me a full meal.

Ordered a Chicken Salad and only received half the ingredients… I understand maybe missing one, but to miss the cheese, tomato salsa, guacamole (paid extra), corn salsa, and sour cream? Like what in the world? How clueless can you be to mess an order up this bad? Pretty disappointing after driving home and this is what I open up.

With a 3.8 review score and people continuously not happy with the food… why is management still employed? Why are the employees here that i keep seeing still employed? Whoever is the district manager has giver up on this location.
The chips are stale, there is 3 huge clumps of cheese on my bowl, almost a full half an avocado in my guac, rice dry and clumpy like the cheese…
Y’all just don’t give a crap at all…. I hope this location changes whoever’s is in charge of this location because everyone here seems to just want a pay check and not actually give a crap about the service and food coming out.

My gf and I get food from here at least once a week and it’s always spot on and the service is always incredible. Idk how they have a 3.8 over all at the time I’m doing my review. These guys are awesome. Thank you for the consistency in your quality and service!

I just ordered a bowl at this location & there’s a bug in my food. I had just opened the lid and saw it in there. Obviously it’s all contaminated so I just wasted my money. I called the store about 15 minutes before close (I got it at about 10:30 — 30 minutes before close) and I got sent to a bot so I couldn’t call the store and ask them to remake the order. I was very hungry so I was going to just eat it right away but thank god I saw it. Yikes. I’d think twice about ordering here & make sure to check your food for bugs.

I didn’t know Chipotle serves soup now! Man, the last few times I’ve been to Chipotle, I feel like the quality has degraded exponentially and the assembly of your food is just lazy.
When you add watery salsas like the tomato / pico salsa, how about using a scooper that strains the liquid out?
Check out this bowl, I asked for extra rice and you can’t even see it at the bottom, it’s drowning in a pool of liquid soup. The bowl was so wet, it seeped through the bottom and even through the paper bag. Not to mention when your burrito bowl is this liquidity, everything is soggy including the rice and protein.
This has been consistent the last few times going to Chipotle, I don’t think I can support this restaurant anymore, it’s clearly lost its way.

Disappointing experience all around. The employee making our burritos didn’t seem to be listening from the start… put the wrong rice and beans on, then just wiped them off instead of remaking it. Not the end of the world, but it felt careless and unprofessional.
I asked for red chimichurri (and paid extra). He said it would come on the side—perfect. Got home and there was no sauce at all.
On top of that, both burritos were noticeably smaller than usual and completely unlabeled, so we bit into each other’s orders before realizing and having to swap.
I don’t expect perfection, but basic attention, portion consistency, and getting what you paid for shouldn’t be a stretch.

I’m not really one to complain bc I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time, but the people working the night shift make your burrito like they’re contributing to a shortage of rice and beans in the world. It must be bad timing but they are always scraping the bottom of the bins when I’m next up in line too, and refuse to refill it with the fresh bin behind them until the old one is completely emptied out in my burrito.
