Bought breakfast here this morning. When I got to window they tried to give me an iced coffee. I said no and told them what I ordered. She gave me my bag and said everything is in there. Got all the way home opened my food and was completely the wrong order. Had to go all the way back. They had an attitude with me like I did something wrong amd didnt say sorry or offer anything for my trouble. Horrible…do not go here

I have to say, Rick (drive-thru taking order) is doing a great job for taking our orders’ accurately and very informative to check the screen to make sure all orders are correct.
In the kitchen on other hand, they need to wear MAGNIFYING GLASSES and triple sure that we have or got all of our orders as reciept accurately specified.
I have to go back, because I or we ordered Patty-melt with bacon; when I arrived home, there’s no bacon in it (see pictures attached).
Whoever work in the kitchen, complaint like this; the manager should do some corrective actions to her/his employees to avoid having upset customer like me.

Hi, I work across the parking lot, and am not happy with your employees! Every time I walk into your branch, these high school jerks are always messing around and messing up my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and instead am greeted with a grill chicken sandwich, WITH 2 bottom buns. Y’all think you’re funny, but this isn’t a game. If I order my food a certain way, I expect it the way I’ve ordered. Again. Not. Happy.

The worst jacks ever. Call me a Karen I do not care. The employees here are so disrespectful. One in particular named “Anthony”. Very rude & entitled. My experiences here are always bad when he’s serving. I mainly went to this Jack’s because I have an autistic child. She is a picky eater, and her safe foods have always been chicken nuggets.( which I know she’s eat EVERY TIME) so per usual I ordered her a meal through the app. Went to receive my order & was met with the most distasteful employee. One when I realized my order was wrong I informed him. He started shouting at me. When I stopped him and told him I needed a manager because there’s no way he’s talking to a customer like that for no reason. The manager came out (Luz) she claimed for his tantrum that I had to receive was because he’s stressed. That’s absolutely no excuse what so ever. Go home if that’s the case. I left trying to let the situation be. I get home & see that I’m missing items. I called the store back. The same employee answered and I asked to speak again with the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I then had to drive all the way back. It’s raining outside. I go & got my refund. Wasted gas on what they should have has ready and correct when it was in fact a mobile order. Sad that these employees are the type that want more pay.
