Way over priced, but we were willing to over look that until they messed up our order. They give you an option to customize pizzas; take your customization instructions correctly down for the order. But make the pizza incorrectly and sent it out the door, even after placing the receipt sticking out of that exact pizza box… They don’t check their messages online at all. Couldn’t eat my almost $30 pizza and live almost 2 hours away so couldn’t drive back for a refund or correct food. Will never be back after visiting twice. They aren’t worth the price, nor poor service and lack of care.

This is for the Clarence location. Was stuck on where to order pizza for New Year’s Day and decided to give them a try. Absolutely thrilled. It was a delicious not too thick pizza, sweet but not too sweet of a sauce with generous cheese and toppings. There is a lot of pizza competition around 5 and 78 but I think this could be my new go-to. I will be back!

Macy’s Place – Genesee Location – More than 5 stars in my book!
Macy’s Place has such an extensive and creative menu that it can be a little overwhelming to decide what to order—but trust me, it’s absolutely worth it.
In our family, we take turns picking what to try, and so far we’ve had both boneless wings and chicken wings. The flavors we’ve tried and loved include Bourbon Chiavetta BBQ, Garlic Parm, Honey Garlic Dry Rub (to die for), Honey Hot Glaze, Mango Habanero, Wu Tang Sauce, and Sweet Red Chili Sauce. Every single one has been excellent—and there are still so many more to go!
When it comes to pizza, we’ve tried quite a few: the classic cheese and pepperoni, Pepperoni Playboi (which didn’t have the extra pepperoni as expected, but was still very good), Hawaiian Pizza (lacks enough toppings/way to sparse) Stuffed Crust, Nick at Nite, Bubba Kush, Nik-Fil-A, Steak and Rings and Chicken & Waffles. We’ve also had a couple more that were amazing, but there are so many options it’s hard to keep track!
One night, we ordered the Nick at Nite, but were accidentally given the Nik-Fil-A. I called and they immediately offered to send a new pizza or provide a credit. I chose the credit—because honestly, the Nik-Fil-A was delicious too. Mistakes happen, and they handled it with great customer service.
They’ve got a big staff, and it still feels like they could use more hands—because this place is always busy, no matter the time or day. Even so, the team is consistently kind, helpful, and patient.
Bottom line: if you’re a pizza lover or wing fanatic, Macy’s Place is a must-try. Creative, flavorful, and consistently great. Over 5 stars, without a doubt.

I order through the door dash app. Pizza arrives perfect Everytime and their wings are phenomenal. I’ve tried subs and garlic knots and the whole family loved them. Something for everyone. They also offer incredible deals. Lots of food for a fair price.

Macys used to be our go to every weekend for a really long time. I’m not sure what’s happened over the last few months but every single time, I’ve been disappointed. And reading reviews, I wouldn’t dare try to complain. The quality seems to have drastically declined. The breads changed, it’s harder, smaller. The sub ingredients are bare and whether it’s steak base for chicken based – it’s been dry. Any wing flavors that are charred after being fried, are so dry you could choke. Pizza slices are so dried out the cheese is hard. Even worse when the order is wrong. This place went from being the best, most favorable and sloppy – to disgusting, bland and dry. Can you please go back to whatever you were doing 6 months ago?

I ordered a pizza from them. And when I went to pick it up they couldn’t find the order. They thought I may have called the wrong location. Which is certainly feasible. But I mentioned the conversation that I had with who took the order. The woman at the counter said that was her. It turns out they forgot to make the pizza. No apologies given.

Do you usually give people freezing cold pizza? Was there yesterday around 430. Was told 35 min it will be ready. Got there in 20, thought the traffic would be worse. But still handed me what I assume is a pizza that someone stiffed on. What other reason would it be so cold? That’s not even the worst part. They pizza was basically a sloppy mess. The dough was paper thin. A inch of sauce and a inch of cheese. The crust was like someone rolled it up to fit in the pan. Two kinds of pepperoni? Idk. I couldn’t pick up the pizza too eat it. The cheese seemed like you freeze your shredded mozz and use it right out the freezer. Was without any texture. I could spread it with a knife. If you’re trying to lose customers, you’re doing a great job.

This is honestly impressive. I ordered a pizza… from a pizzeria… and somehow received everything except the pizza.
$70 later, I’m being offered a $10 refund because “delivery isn’t refundable” even though the main item never arrived.

We got the Blue Velvet pizza which is mozzarella, gorgonzola, shaved steak, arugula, and balsamic vinegar and it is hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had!

Second or third time ordering from this location. I love their sauce. Not super sweet but just sweet enough. Love the sauce. The great amount of cheese. The pepperoni were great. Not cup char but it worked well. Soft bite no tear which is how I prefer my pizza. Ordered 20 wings med. also loved the sauce/flavor. Cooked crispy. Very good. Large cheese pepperoni 20 wings on a Monday cost $44 thank you
