Getting to this café takes knowledge of the town or better understanding of directions. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly. Our hostesses offered menus and gave us our waters. After a few minutes, our orders were taken. (Mind you, we were referred by previous customers). We arrived there around 12, so we worked up an appetite for some breakfast. To our surprise, breakfast was served all day. Although we were warned about portion sizes, we ordered individual plates with the sides that came with our meals. When they brought out our food, indeed each plate had enough food to feed two people! We went ahead and dove into our meals. The restaurant won, we did not finish our meals. However, we managed to eat 90% of our breakfast. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will warn you as well, each entree will feed two people. Enjoy! As we did. A huge thank you to our waitress for recommending entrees, our friend for pointing us in the right direction and the cook for our delicious meals. A homestyle restaurant on the outskirts of Pocatello, Idaho. PS We love the decor.

The food was okay. Preferred the grilled chicken over the fried in the chicken wrap which was solid. Thought the sausage and gravy was subpar. The sandwiches/wraps come with SO MANY fries!!

They were very quick with the service and friendly. The staff joked about not being trained/licensed to work in the kitchen… while currently in the kitchen preparing our food.

We had an amazing experience at this breakfast restaurant. We got there just before the rush so we did not have to wait very long. The waitresses and service were exceptional. They were very accommodating and nice. Our food was delivered quickly and every entrée that we got Was perfect.
The pancakes were bigger than expected, but cooked perfectly and very delicious. The omelettes, eggs, bacon, toast were all on point and we recommend this restaurant to everybody.

This place has the mom and Pop food in large quantities. I had that breakfast the large one and I had no clue how large it was. I’ll get two meals out of it. It was $17. Highly recommend checking it out. There was a hassle to get to today cause the construction But I guess you just drive that road like your own it be safe.

Jumbo’s has some of the best restaurant breakfast food I’ve ever had. Anyone visiting the Pocatello area ought to plan a morning mealtime here.

I recommend getting an Idaho scone with your meal, they’re big enough to share with a group.

Quaint, small-town diner with a warm, welcoming vibe. Lisa, my server greeted the regulars at the bar by first name—it’s that kind of place. Service was polite and quick, and the breakfast came out hot and tasty. Nothing pretentious here—just good, straightforward food done right. A great spot to start the day if you appreciate that true hometown feel.

It was my first time dining at Jeri’s Jumbo and I would return. I had the half size Cowboy Benedict and shared a cinnamon roll with my husband. Both were good but had some small missteps. The hash browns weren’t cooked to crispy and the gravy wasn’t super flavorful. I really like the flavor and texture of the cinnamon roll, the portion was huge, I ordered a half size and it still filled my entire plate. Service was good and it was very clean especially for a diner.

Fantastic. We’re traveling and have never been in this town. Wanted good biscuits and gravy and I got it and more. Portions were huge. Such good food. Hash browns were so good. Service was great. Very clean, including bathrooms. The fun signs around the place added to the ambiance. It was busy but we didn’t feel rushed and they have a great flow going. And it was worth the wait! Kayla was our waitress and she was amazing. Very personable and friendly. She was all over the place, solving problems and helping both customers and other employees. I was surprised to learn she wasn’t the manager as she really gave that vibe and was impressive with all she was doing. You can tell she cares about her customers, the restaurant and doing a good job. Really great experience and we will for sure stop by anytime we are in this area again.

Two of the most important things in a restaurant is the environment that you dine in and service.

Jeri’s nails both. This place was super clean, even the bathrooms, spotless. The service very good without a doubt.

The food was average and the serving portions large.

Get the carmel roll sometime and split it with someone.

Honestly, with as much as my friends talked highly of this place, I was highly disappointed. Staff was not very friendly, got our orders wrong, and the food was subpar, not to mention the eggs were bad, food made me nauseous and vomit. Won’t be going again. Also Auto-Gratuity? Given no choice to tip or how much, auto 20% is ridiculous, the service and food did not deserve the tip automatically taken. Again, will not be going back. Yuck
