I swear if I could leave no stars, I would I work 13 hour shifts and when I get off work, all I want is to get a decent Taco Bell meal and nine times out of 10 when I come to this location I can’t even get it. I’ve come three nights in a row and only one time has my order been correct and tonight I come after working a 12 hour shift and I pull up in the drive-through and They tell me to come inside and when I say that I can’t, they literally laugh at me in the microphone, completely disrespectful and unacceptable. They don’t know if I’m disabled or not. I will never come to this location again. It’s unacceptable and I won’t be back and neither will my family.

I ordered on doordash and my food was so disgustingly made that I took the time out of my morning at 3am to write this review. Whoever worked graveyard shift on December 23, 2025 you should be ashamed of themselves. I paid $40 just for a drink to be missing and HALF OF MY FOOD PORTIONS ARE MISSING AND HARD AS A ROCK AS IF THE EMPLOYEE DIDNT CARE. AND I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR DOUBLE PORTIONS. Whoever is over recruiting needs to really put more effort into the quality of people they’re hiring. Why would I want to spend money (even if it was 50 cents) with an establishment that hires people that do not value customer service or half do their jobs. EVERYONE at this location needs to be replaced if this is how they conduct their business. This is an insult to Taco Bell as a company.

3 strikes you’re out! I will not support this store on Tara Bivd, Jonesboro GA anymore. They can never get your order right (twice i asked for NO SOUR CREAM)And this time asked me about adding an other item (Cinnabon) I did and it wasn’t in my bag!!!!!#@*# YES I DID CHECK MY FOOD BUT I WAS CONCENTRATING ON THE SOUR CREAM. The shells to the chalupas were HARD AND Tough. I just ate the inside like a salad. Uuuugggghhh, no I didn’t take it back because that location is about 9 miles from my house. All three times I rounded up my cost to their charity, they won’t get anymore of my $$$

Ordered $60 worth of food. It came in one bag. ♀️ My Mexican pizza was on the bottom with 14 tacos and 3 burritos on top. It’s not rocket science! I call and the manager passes me off to the assistant manager who”packed it”. Maybe you’re teaching her but I have nothing to do with that ma’am. Taco Bell costs the most and always has the worst service, longest wait and mediocre food.

I ordered $7.99 box with the hard taco, small plain nachos with cheese, soft small but thick chicken taco, and cheese bean beef burrito with Lemonade. I was full after eating the food in that order. I did add the hottest sauce to curve a little of my appetite.
