One of the best restaurants in the Kansas City area. 4.3 stars is crazy when the food is just incredible and the staff is so kind and lovely. All of their deserts are great, the boba tea is good, and tonight I tried their breaded calamari and their seafood special soup. Heavenly, see pictures!
Best and I mean absolutely the best crab Rangoon in the area. You can also control the spicy of any food so safe for elderly or curious connoisseurs.
PS – If the food isn’t as fun as you would like it, just ask for a sauce they recommend. They have a peanut sauce for example that isn’t spicy and mixes really well with their chili sauce. Fantastic combined with their fresh spring rolls.

Had dinner at Bangkok Pavilion in Overland Park and it was great. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything had a ton of flavor. You can tell it’s made with care. Our server was really friendly and checked on us often without being overbearing, which I appreciated. The place had a steady flow of people but wasn’t overcrowded, and there was plenty of parking even on a Sunday evening. Definitely a solid spot for good Thai food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Oh boy, where do I begin?
I frequent this establishment. Their food is authentic and delicious. It gets really busy during their buffet hours, and it makes sense. It is $18 per person for their buffet and I believe it ends at 3PM. My favorite dish there is their dessert. They’re Taro Sago and I’d be devastated if they ever got rid of that. Their fried chicken is delicious and crunchy too. Sometimes their food sits out for a while and it either gets dry or overcooked (I see the overcooking in the veggies). I love their pho that they offer as well. Amazing food. If I’d change one thing, I’d hope for more food in the future. I was sad to see their curry disappear because I loved to eat that with the rice.
I come here a lot and I’d recommend checking out their buffet.

This family-owned Thai restaurant is such a gem! The servers are always super kind, attentive, and understanding, which makes every visit a great experience. We’ve never had a bad time here—the food is always delicious and full of flavor. It’s become my family’s favorite spot because every time we dine in, it’s nothing short of excellent. Personally, we love the Moo Yang dish, and I’d definitely recommend the Thai iced coffee too—it’s amazing! The menu is huge, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything.

Everything on the menu is amazing . This has been one of my favorites spots for a while and I have now decided to stop gatekeepn . Don’t hesitate and make this spot your next lunch spot , dinner spot and date spot. I promise you will not regret it 🙂 Ask for Asia and Kalvin as a server

Every time I eat here, I go in telling myself that I’m going to take advantage of the range of food on the buffet. And every time I end up devouring at least two servings of the red curry and either some potstickers or spring rolls. Friends I’ve dined with assure me that they do an equally good job with everything they make, which wouldn’t surprise me at all.
Though I’ve had dinner here a time or two, the big draw for me is the lunch buffet. The food is delicious. The staff do an excellent job of keeping everything well stocked. Service is friendly without being intrusive. Parking is easy.
Though I’ve eaten at more upscale Thai restaurants in KC, this is the one I keep coming back to.

Quite possibly the best Thai food I’ve had. Well prepared, deliciously seasoned. Amazing presentation.
We had green curry, squid salad, chicken satay, Pla Rad Prig – with red snapper, the Three Amigo house special, crab fried rice, cashew chicken, and a couple of Boba teas.
Everything was generous portions, and juicy meats. None of that rubbery stuff other places have.

My boyfriend and I dined in at Bangkok Pavilion a few weeks ago, and we still talk about how much we loved the Pad Thai. Our server was so sweet and accommodating with my gluten allergy — tons of GF items on the menu!

We are from Hutchinson and a friend recommended this place to us. We missed the buffet by 5 minutes so we had to order off the menu. We were a little bummed but I turned out to be a blessing. We ordered everything we thought we could eat. 2 soups, duck, you name it. Everything was amazing and the service was fantastic. Prices seem high but the portions match up. My kid loved it all too! You will not leave hungry! We can not wait to go back!
