This place has really gone downhill in the last few months. The amount of eggshells I get in my sandwich is absolutely disgusting each week. The person now taking orders is slow and hard of hearing. It’s so frustrating. Do not order anything curbside. It’s a good 40 minutes….

I’d like to recognize Angel for the consistently wonderful service she provides. Every time I visit, she greets customers with a genuine smile that instantly brightens the place. She’s patient, kind, and always willing to help—whether it’s making sure an order is right or assisting someone who needs a little extra guidance. Her positive attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it truly makes a difference. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like Angel on the team.

My husband went to get our order, nuggets and fries are old and cold. My 4 yr old had a happy meal and even she wouldn’t eat her food. Why is there always a wait for food, but the food you receive is old and cold? Do better Center Ridge McDonald’s! I guess we’ll have to take the longer trip to Lorain Rd instead. It’s been consistently bad at this location. Which is sad because we always liked going to this one..

Food served with hatred. The employees are incredibly rude and shouldn’t interact with the public. The manager is one of them. Wait times are long. When you finally get your food it looks something like this – with parts of sandwich not thoroughly cooked or affixed together. All around disgusting.

I have one word for this place… yikes
First of all, the ordering was fine. I ordered through the kiosk and paid at the counter since I had cash. The problems only started when I had to wait 20 MINUTES just to pay for my order… The young lady behind the register whose name is Lovely, was amazing and I would give her 5 stars anytime. Sadly, that’s all I can give that is 5 stars. While I was waiting to pay, a lot of people were waiting for their orders and many people were complaining that their orders were wrongly made, not fresh, or not even what they ordered!!! The manager whose name is Chad, helped get everyone’s orders back on track and also get the orders out fresh, quick, and corrected. Finally, when I got to pay for my order, my order didn’t even track on the tracking display above and I had no clue if it was even being worked on. I had to wait another 15 MINUTES for my food to come out. At least the food came out decently hot and the fries and cookies were fresh. I’d give the cookies 4 stars and the fries 3 stars. Probably won’t be coming back here anytime soon until they fix these issues. 1 Star.

Had the most unpleasant experience here at this location. Due to the fact that whoever was running the headset on the drive thru misunderstood me wheni ordered they treated me horribly. Not one person but two people including the manager had extremely rude attitudes with me. How embarrassing. Not one smile nor an apology to attempt to correct their mistake.

This food was served with the most love. I highly disagree with the comment stated above. Every single cheese slice placed on the patty was served with love. Every single spoon dipped into the McFlurrys are served with love. Every single fry, dropped into the oil is served with love. EVERYTIME I place that McDonald’s pin on my visor I think to myself “how can I make the world a better place today.” So, I highly recommend with the upmost respect, that you reconsider the following one star reviews placed on this here McDonald’s. We strive for excellence each and every day. Go to this McDonald’s, where a kid can be a kid.

There are literally ONLY two people that deserve recognition for a job well done! Before I even start this review, I want to commend the young lady behind the register her name is Lovely.
She literally ran her butt off and smiled at everyone at all times. She had a positive attitude through all the issues that arose while we stood in line for 25+ minutes waiting for our food.
I watched one lady get her order wrong 3x The thing was lovely was not the person who was putting the order in The lady in the green shirt who was referred to as a manager was the one putting the order in wrong because she was so frustrated with all of what was going on she couldn’t concentrate on what the person who was placing the order was saying.
The customer was so upset the food back I watched it three times.
At the third time that is when I saw this young man jump in and take care of the situation I found out later his name is Chad and from that point this young man stepped up and took care of everything that was wrong and quickly.
I am not sure if he is a manager or a manager in training but he did a wonderful job getting everyone else’s mistakes corrected, and back on track.
The lady with a green shirt on who made all the mistakes for the lady who just wanted McDoubles with ketchup only three times never apologized to the lady at least I never heard it.
My husband’s meal was sent out to people outside, some random stranger who works at another McDonald’s in Avon Ohio which is the McDonald’s I prefer because that one is amazing and they have less people and I never have a problem there… She ran out and told the kid give me that bag that’s for a guy inside… I was given the wrong iced coffee and had to wait because they ran out of iced coffee.
Just not the best experience for us, but having to wait 25 minutes for our food we were able to see a half a dozen or more people also had issues with their food and the guy that had the door dash order had to wait over 40 minutes for his food.
I was kind of fun actually everyone was standing around complaining to each other and showing each other what everybody’s order was and how wrong it was.
One guy stood here and said they gave me a Filet-O-Fish sandwich and I ordered the $5 meal deal and instead of chicken nuggets they gave me mac sauce in a cup….
When he did come inside Chad took care of him quickly and I saw Lovely great him with a smile.
Best thing about our meal was we ordered the 13 chocolate chip cookies made fresh and they were delicious.
I know your probably saying…”McDonald’s is just McDonald’s…they are all the same.
But that is not true!
We live literally 3 minutes away from the McDonald’s in our town, and we drive 15 minutes to get to this one…. Why??? Because we like fresh food, and food made right the first time.
The cashier at the drive through “Fran” always has a happy greeting for us when we go in the morning s.
Good food, great service and we’ll… Its worth the trip. Best yogurt parfaits!!!
