The food, the atmosphere, the vibe, everything was so nice! First time in and didn’t know what to get because everything sounded so good..ended to getting lamb and it was DELICIOUS. For dessert I had to get baklava and a Turkish Tea. Was honestly a great experience

I came here looking for vegetarian options (for my father’s in law) in the For Walton Beach area. This location was 6 miles (about 15 min) from Emerald Isle where I was staying. We came for dinner right after about 8 pm.
First I want to start by Khan was an amazing server. Very polite and attentive.
We started with some waters, the hummus, tabbouleh, ant their housemade yogurt sauce. All three were excellent. And the pita chips provided were nice and warm as well.
Unfortunately the spicy vegetarian items were un available during our visit, and the items from the oven were not available because we are informed they have a steict policy to close the oven at 8 pm. All the grill items were still available.
For the main meal, I ordered the lamb adamant and chicken adamant. My wife ordered the Chicken gyro platter. My father in law ordered the Imam Bayildi. Dinner
My lamb and chicken plate was nice and had great flavor. I really liked the red cabbage. The carrots were just regular shredded carats and the bulgar was nice.
I tried some of my wife’s chicken gyro and it was really tender and flavorful as well.
My father in law seemed to enjoy his dish as well. He mixed in the rice and yogurt into his eggplant dish and enjoyed it more.
All-in-all we had a great time and we will be back when we visit the Fort Walton area again.

Food was really delicious, best baklava I have ever had! The guy who works there was incredibly kind and it was a nice peaceful place to eat. I will definitely be eating in again!

I got a dish I’ve never tried before: lahmajoun. The spiced meat was delicious; I rolled mine up and ate it like a savory crepe! I thought it couldn’t get better, but the acidity of the pickled red cabbage brightened the dish and left my palate very balanced. The falafel flavors are subtle and the texture is wonderful, but the most delightful surprise is that if you dip the falafel in the yoghurt, it creates a very bright and sweet mint flavor that neither achieves on their own! The baklava similarly has a flaky top and the fine chop of the walnuts is delightful, but I do wish the bottom were not so thoroughly soaked through.
While we waited for our food, a delightful man brought us Turkish tea to sip; it felt so hospitable, and it was such a lovely gesture.

I received salad dressing soup instead of a salad. No lettuce and half a bottle of Greek dressing in this container. Maybe this is a different item that got sent out via DoorDash? I want to be respectful of Turkish or Greek culture so this might be another item that was sent out in error and I understand accidents, but to me, being from a different culture, this is salad dressing soup. The description of a large Greek salad says lettuce, tomatoes, olives and feta. There’s no lettuce in this container and it’s more like a vegetable soup in dressing or the toppings and maybe I’m missing the box of lettuce? Am I misunderstanding this? Additionally, I’ve included a photo of the gyro and rice pilaf and the gyro so others can compare it to Arby’s. It seems for every bad review there are good reviews and I’m beginning to wonder if the owner didn’t utilize ChatGPT and various gmails to generate the good reviews and a A.I app didn’t generate the bad photos because why is mine so different? A very good Turkish friend (the Bulutoglus) referred me to this place. I’m slightly disappointed.

I’ve eaten from here 3 days in a row, I originally ordered because they have the red lentils I liked and I tried the gyro platter. It was so good I had to try more, so I went in and tried an Istanbul tray with a friend and it was amazing. The tea was soothing and comforting, and the service was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was calm and clean. Can’t wait to eat here again.

We got there few minutes after they open for lunch. We were the first customer and no other customer were there yet. When we sat at the table, the server dropped off menu and started setting up each table entire the restaurant which they could have finished before they open, so he took a while to come our table for taking our drink or food order. AC was not quite working, so it was very warm in there. Food took a bit long time to come out. Paying system was quite strange. They won’t bring us check to the table, so we needed to go at the front. He showed me the tablet super quick so at that point I did not know they charged us 18% of “Service Charge” for party of 2. I did not realize that till I paid tips, received the receipt, and went back to the parking lot. I felt this place kind of shady.

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating because the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t meet expectations. The fries were soggy and undercooked, and while I normally love gyros, this one wasn’t enjoyable for me.
I truly wish I could leave a better review, but for the price and what I received, I was very disappointed. I don’t eat out often, and since I’m only here for a few days, I had hoped for a good meal — but I couldn’t finish it and didn’t even attempt the fries.
