I don’t think the staff has cleaned this Wendy’s since the renovation. Seating areas were filthy. Ketchup, napkins, lids station was a mess. Clearly the manager does not walk the floor. My burger was fine but the fries were old and refried. I have loved Wendy’s since I was a child, but the quality across locations no longer justifies $12 per combo. I’d happily pay this for fresh food and a clean restaurant. I got neither here.

Based on my experience here, the food tasted decent. However, only received a measly half Medium carton of fries when I opened my order. With prices increasing everywhere, the quality continues to decline at my places, such as this location. The customer service received was not good either. I would not recommend this location or return.

This location is awful. No work ethic. I order ONLY a frosty. And didn’t get a spoon or straw. Went inside and got it myself, to not deal with with the attitude. Most places you don’t get condiments anymore, unless you ask. BUT NO UTINSEL, FOR MY 1 FROSTY! They are doing the bare minimum. Rehire. After seeing other reviews like bugs and stuff though… I just wont go back to this location.

Very clean and organized when I visited during lunchtime. The service was great and everyone was attentive when I walked in. There were about two other customers dining in. The food was really good and hot just how I like it. I would definitely go back for a quick bite if I’m in the area.

I ordered a baconator double and a bourbon bacon cheese burger with no onion. Was given 2 chicken sandwiches. I went up to the counter and complained, they took the bag of food from me and gave it to the lady at the window. (She also complained). Then I was given the most sad looking baconator, and the bourbon burger had onions. My friend that was with me is deathly allergic to onions. This is insane. 0 work ethic. Health score should be a 0

It’s bad enough fast food isn’t good for you and these people that work here outta be grateful anyone still wants to eat here. Instead they choose to not take your order correctly, not honor their coupons and management giving you attitude then wonder why the crew has a damn attitude. Stay away from this place. Your paying for bad food and very bad service.

I came @10:10 i understand they have had a long day but i’ve also(js gotten off of work) . I ordered my family some food . The customer service was awesome, the lady in window tonight was so nice . It was til we gotten home and my mother was js finishing her burger. she got the #7(the big bacon), when she was finishing she found a small plastic piece in her sandwich . I don’t have my receipt or anything but i do have pictures . I would advise EVERYONE to look into your buyers before pulling off .
