I love the food. Just wish they could move a Lil more faster. My wife and I say inside and the staff was really friendly but took 30 mins to get our food. We watched 3 others get food b4 us and Eben I asked about ours they said it must of got bumped. As a former employee and manager of taco bell I understand that can happen.

Would be 5 stars but for some reason they use the exact same wrapping for every burrito and it becomes a guessing game when I get home having to open every good item please put on the wrapper what the item is. Update i know why they didnt mark what was in the wrappers. Because they got the order completely wrong.

I remember why I didn’t eat at Taco Bell..
Crunch wrap supreme, a couple drops of meat, not crunchy at all..
Chicken Cantina was some what better but four pieces of small chicken… It’s been a few years sense I ate at a Taco Bell and it will again be another few years off at all I eat at one again… It was just a quick something to eat sense we were traveling… Not again. Shame on you… And it wasn’t cheap…

Wow bad management all the way around. Out of Baja blast and the drive thru cashier has the nerve to say that customer are stupid and should expect the most popular drink to be out of product. Then suggest to get it a lot the store on sale. Then I returned later and same employee is talking to customer about six inch tortillas and staring that the customers are dumb because they have to explain the items they can and can’t get … How is anyone of it the customers fault? Sickening. He needs an evaluation

Tostadas are back! We went to Taco Bell last night for tostadas at the new price of $1.99 a piece, and when we got them home, how disappointing! They should have been embarrassed serving these pathetic, whatever they’re supposed to be disguising themselves as tostadas. $8 and change for 4 of them. These should never have been served to the public.

As far as the amount of meat and ingredients in the tacos etc is like many other people say here in google its very lacking with substance! The fast food industry try to feed us as much as possible with potatoes, lettuce etc. 12 tacos for $30 includes tax.

Been here a few times now always the same something is always wrong and talk about shorting the ingredients I work fast food myself and understand things need to go out in a timely manner but they also need to be of a somewhat decent quality or how do you expect people to return. If I’m being honest I believe all fast food is lacking in the concern of quality over quantity and it’s just been going down hill for years, and a lot of the problem is us customers being in to big of a hurry or just selfish and greedy. There are still honest grateful human beings out there and companies like this should remember this and remember that quality of there products is what keeps there business operating.

This was at 1:15 am on Jan 19, 2026. I Specifically asked for fresh fries and did not get. My Cinnabons were cold. The drive thru guy was rude. Entire experience was terrible.

I absolutely love the drive thru staff, hats off to the hiring manager. I order all hrs of the day and night and the staff is always nice, and full of smiles. I think this team should be the example to other taco bell teams, keep up the great work
Update…tacos have been really soggy, sticks to the paper, seems pre made, cheese melted on the meat but the top cheese is new. No longer pleased with the service. Ask for extra lettuce or just the right amount of lettuce and they give me more cheese instead. This is happening too often and I’m over it.

Seriously…why did my soft taco come out the size of a fruit roll-up????
The ratio of meat to lettuce is unacceptable. I wasn’t paying $30 for a 12pk meal to have a lettuce taco!
The fact that I’m seeing other comments with the same complaint going back many months ago, tells me that management/owner doesn’t care.
I’ll drive 20 minutes further to another Taco Bell than to try this place again.
