Ordered breakfast through Uber eats. My caramel iced coffee came a quarter of the way empty due to no security in the cup holder in the bag. I also pay extra for chocolate and caramel drizzle in the cup. ON TOP OF the required amount of flavoring in the coffee. It’s the most bitter thing I’ve ever tasted and there’s a tiny drop of chocolate drizzle at the bottom and no sign of caramel whatsoever, even the syrup. It only took about 10 minutes to get here so I know it’s not all mixed in. And it wouldn’t be this nasty if it was. The food itself was hot and okay and that’s the only reason I’ve given 2 stars. Do better. It takes 2 minutes to make a drink how requested. McCafé is literally the easiest job in that whole building.

I was using the drive thru. We got routed into the overflow parking. The employees never came out, the two cars in front of us both had to go in to get their orders, and after 30 minutes of waiting my passenger went in to get our order. After getting home, I discovered one of my burgers was cold to the touch, and the other was only slightly warm.

I know this is a McDonald’s and the standards aren’t exceptionally high, however, no matter what I do, every time I place a mobile order beforehand my food is being prepared for ten minutes after I arrive there. I understand the employees don’t have any control over the system and its processes from McDonald’s corporate however they don’t even acknowledge you for a good 5 to 10 minutes after you get there. Besides that, you get containers of fries that aren’t even half full or cold food…

The employees here really need to learn some customer service skills. I’ve been here multiple times and every time I stand there waiting for someone for about 5 minutes before anyone even so much as acknowledges that I’m there. I get that you’re busy. I’m not expecting to be helped right away but it’s like customer service 101 that you greet the customer and let them know you’ll be right with them. I would get in so much trouble at my work if I ignored a customer like this.

They messed up my incredibly easy DoorDash order (ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, only got 1), so I decided to just drive to the store and see if they forgot the sandwich. I must have made it there right after they stopped serving breakfast on DoorDash, cuz they said no breakfast. I drove up to the food window to check if the sandwich got left on the counter and the poor girl working the food window was nice but when she went back to ask about the breakfast sandwich, I heard them yell at her, “WE AREN’T DOING BREAKFAST!!” Yikes. Not going here again (which is better for my arteries anyways).

To the manger that took my info for the free meal but never initially wrote it in the book ” your absolutely lazy” if you don’t wanna do a job your getting paid for switch jobs…period!! You location messed up on my order and you said you would send a free meal coupon and never sent it.
As for Grace the manager I spoke with and had to meet in person because of your laziness to do a simple job . Thank you Grace ! Thank you for making a kid smile after having to wait a month for his coupon. I was trying to give grace to the other manager but never again will I deal with him .
