The food was amazing the atmosphere was okay I would say and the service we had Jamie as our server and she was super sweet and kind so that was very amazing. The atmosphere was okay, a but dirty but alright, and in the video, I thought it would melt all over the burger, it was still. Other than that, the rest was good. 4 stars…

My son and I eat here and the staff was extremely nice. Our server (i think her name was Nichole) was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent and arrived quickly. Highly recommend!

I am in Omaha for work quite often and we always make a point to stop in and visit our favorite server, Crystal! The food is top notch every time! Tons of gluten free options from pizza to burgers and even some apps too. I tried the new crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and they were Their gluten free pizza is also one of my faves!

We had been visiting this location many times. Tonight’s visit was a nightmare for us. The waitress never checked with us after the order. She never asked us if we need anything. We had to beg other staff for assistance. I reported the situation to the manager and the manager just said I am sorry but never asked us anything else. It is very sad the team failed to treat each customer equally and show more compassion and respect. What else can we do? I plan to report the issues to the corporation. It is unacceptable behavior.

My friend and I decided to come here for lunch since it had been awhile. Upon entering the restaurant, it was evident that business was pretty slow as the building was nearly empty. However, that didn’t stop Grant from providing the best possible service. From his natural comedy, his energetic personality, and his ability to play the role of a host, server and bartender at once, was impressive. All in all, excellent service, quality food, and reasonable prices!

10/10, I worked a lot of customer service and this place was awesome. We were even served a free sample as first time guests so let them know! Everyone was super friendly and our server/the bartender cracked some great jokes! The food was excellent (not a burger fan, but these burgers are really good!) and the bottomless sides and drinks are a huge plus. Definitely coming back soon!

Food and service was very good. Had the onion ring tower for an appetizer which was excellent and came with ranch and campfire sauce a lot of food. I ordered the double Tex tavern burger which was awesome and came with my choice of side of broccoli and fries which were bottomless. Overall food was really good and service was good! Great American casual burger restaurant with unique tasty burger options!

Featuring consistently better-than-average burgers and consistently good service at a slightly higher than expected price. Today I had the hickory Burger which is a 2 Patty Burger on a delicious homemade bun with a hickory BBQ sauce which doesn’t have an overpowering ketchup flavor the way most chain restaurant places do.
