Taco Bell is not food. Taco Bell is an idea. A lifestyle. A bold philosophical statement that says “rules are optional and hunger is immediate.” You don’t go there because you’re craving tacos. You go there because you want results fast and you trust the system.

The menu is a beautiful chaos of ingredients recycled into entirely new personalities. Same six things, infinite confidence. Every order feels like a gamble that somehow always pays out. The staff moves with the urgency of people who know history is watching. The drive-thru time to satisfaction ratio is undefeated.

Is it authentic? No. Is it honest? Absolutely. Taco Bell shows up exactly as advertised and never pretends to be something it’s not. Five stars for reliability, audacity, and being there for me when nicer places had already closed. Would return without hesitation or shame.

Beyond Disappointing – Incorrectly Charged, Insulted, and Dehumanize ☆☆☆☆ (0 out of 5 stars)
I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. My recent visit to this Taco Bell in St. Paul was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two $5 boxes, two extra tacos, and three drinks. The total came to over $17. When I got to the window, the employee handed me one box and a bag, telling me they had run out of boxes and the contents of the second box were in the bag. I checked, and the bag only contained the two loose tacos I ordered. An entire box meal was missing.
When I pointed this out, the employee apologized but then told me I had to pay for the second box. I was completely confused because I thought the initial $17 charge covered everything. It turns out they had charged me over $7 for just two tacos. I ended up having to pay again for the food I had already ordered.
After finally getting the food sorted out, I realized I still hadn’t received my three drinks. When I asked the employee for them, she actually questioned if I had already been given them, as if I were trying to scam her. She then returned with only two of the three drinks. When I asked for the third and final drink, she blamed me, saying, “You need to make sure the screen is correct before pulling ahead,” before finally blaming the whole food mix-up on a “new person.”
I told her the entire situation was ridiculous. That’s when things went from terrible to truly unbelievable. An employee standing behind the one I was talking to called me a “crack head.” I was stunned. I told her, “Actually, I was a meth addict, but I’m in recovery now.” Her response was to laugh at me.
To be treated with such incompetence is one thing, but to be accused of lying, blamed for their mistakes, and then openly mocked and insulted by the staff for my past struggles is completely unacceptable and dehumanizing. I drove away without my third drink and I will absolutely never be returning.

I’m new to the area so just stopped in to one in the area. The problem I had with this location was that the potato seemed old. They were hard and dry. They felt old. Also my husband’s sausage was not chopped up in his breakfast burrito. His potato almost broke his tooth.

The floor looked amazing. Very clean.

You’re not going to taco bell for a 5-star meal, hell maybe not even a 3-star meal. This tacovell though is consistently mid, and I mean that in the absolute best way as a regular taco bell consumer. I always know what to expect, the food is always affordable, I’ve never gotten sick from anything here (knock on wood) and the staff seem pretty polite and cool whenever I go. If you want a solid fast food experience, come here lol

Horrible customer service. Came a toss a video of a nice kid trying to place an order and they made him use the kiosk, he wanted a side of fries but accidentally got the fries inside and he told them that and they said he was “rage baiting” them.. how unprofessional and rude..

We came in with 2 special need people, our plan was to order food inside and use the restroom. This Restroom has a buzzer so you can go in. However the employee refused to let us use it until we ordered. Mind you OUR PEOPLE ARE SPECIAL NEEDS. I dont mind bigotry when its about me. Non smart people exist out there, however for people with special needs this is unacceptable. Lucky for the location my friends really love their food. However we are staying as far from this location as possible and recommend you check out a different one.

They were so mean to a sweet little kid from TikTok. Very bad customer service behavior, grown men being rude and the food purchase was not what the child wanted, he verbalized that but no one offered to fix the order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Would I trust this Taco Bell location with my child’s life? No. Would I trust them with my order? Also, no.

The people are nice but the expediting and attention to detail needs to be better. Either the food comes out great, sloppy, missing complete items that were ordered, or missing add ons or subtractions. No consistency.

I get it fast food, but for the price things cost nowadays, at least make sure all the items are in the bag.

I was served a burrito where the cheese wasnt melted so I went inside and asked if I could get it remade because it was cold. The manager told me they do do not do remakes and nothing was wrong with my food. So my husband came in and asked dont you care about your costomers satisfaction and the manager responded no hes just running a business. He then said ill save you the struggle and just remake it (I have no clue what that means) he told the kid to remake it on the line and the kid straight up said no and the manager said NOW and the kid said LATER. This was the most wild experience I ever had with customer service! I was so embarrassed and upset and also the guy working drive through peeked his head around and mumbled something and laughed at me. This used to be my favorite location but I am to scared to go back now!
