I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and a Doritos taco both with beans and they were practically empty…. literally no serving of beans which is basically the whole point of the meal because why am I paying just for a shell or tortilla that has no filling? So disappointing.

Of all the surrounding Taco Bell locations I’ve been to, this one was absolutely on top. The service provided was outstanding. Strye (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so helpful and went out of the way to label things that made it so easy for me to figure out which item was customized. The food came out hot and fresh. The overall experience here was very good compared to the Manchester location which absolutely sucks. Thank you for the amazing service!!

Wow. When it comes to fast food, the bar is pretty low, but wowzy do they go out of their way to make it even worse. No one expects much from Taco Bell, but dang, these folks go out of their way to make sure you regret your choices. And the prices? Even worse. I’d rather set myself on fire than ever burn my money at a place like this again.

I absolutely hate this location. Every time I come here they always mess up my food, most of the time the food is cold or stale (clearly indicates its been sitting there for a while) but what pisses me off the most is the damn staff. They always have an attitude and act like the damn sauce packets come out of their paychecks even though i pay the 20 cents they ask me to pay for. 2 times they messed up my order and the same heavy set lady tried to turn it on me making it seem like im the one who messed up telling them my order.. I understand this isnt the greatest job in the world but you shouldn’t work at an industry you dont enjoy working at and making everyone else miserable along the way

I come here often because I have no choice, it’s the closest taco bell nearby, and the service never changes. A bunch of young adults that seem to never want to be bothered and act like the sauce packets come out of their paychecks. The lobby is always full of unsupervised teens, causing a scene, never buying anything just taking up space, and no one seems to care enough to tell them to go home. The food is always carelessly wrapped up and badly put together. I never see a manager in sight.

Will not honor a combo on their menu if it’s “not in their system.” Paid full price for the items listed when the same combo was listed for nearly half the price. Complained and asked to speak with a manager, was denied even though I could see the manager there. He argued with the window employee about my complaint for nearly 5 minutes before I was given my food without another word.
I didn’t pursue further past asking for a receipt so I could leave reviews like this. Just seems very unprofessional to treat your customers as such.

Absolutely outstanding services! I travelled to many different states and I can tell for sure this store is doing great job. Ordered 10+ times and everything in the order is always correct! Tasty quick and not expensive food to help your taco bell cravings. Thank you guys for doing a great job!!!
