I came through the drive-thru today (03/06/26) around 3:20 PM. The employee had trouble hearing my order, so I repeated that I wanted a grande mango dragonfruit with no ice and no dragonfruit pieces. When I got to the window, the drink was incorrect. I politely asked if it could be fixed with the dragonfruit syrup but still without the pieces. The employee seemed frustrated, and when she handed the drink back, the lid wasn’t on properly and it spilled on my jeans.

I understand mistakes happen, especially working in the food industry myself, but the interaction felt a bit rude. I still thanked her and told her to have a good day, but I didn’t receive a response and was also not given straws. I did not catch her name but she had black braids with green at the ends I think it might have been neon green. Just to add I have never had a good experience with the workers at this Starbucks the only reason why I went there was because it was the closest to me.

I felt like I walked out with gifts.
They packaged my order so nice. My oatmeal , toppings, and all the condiments in the bag were like unwrapping a gift. They did not forget anything. The service was sweet and served with a smile. I took a moment to admire all of the Christmas mugs , tumblers, bottles, and cups . The location is a little dated, but the service is modern.

Two years and still no backlighting for outside menu…..really? One of the largest coffee shops in the world and can’t swing for some light bulbs? 2 same time frame and still no fix on the pothole near the drive thru window! Coffee itself was fine, but condition of the facility is part of the experience!

If GM can’t figure out how to solve this problem…then they need to step aside!

The service here is horrible. Every time I order they always forget a drink. The guy I talked to is always rude and talks to customers with disrespect, he said he’s the manager. And this time I went my cup was half full.

date & time was january 3 at 5:03pm, took nearly 20 minutes for my 6 drinks when it wasn’t busy at all when i came by—and to add, it was more than enough employees staffed + ALL the employees were just talking and standing around. the young lady with the glasses behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me and my brother and just placed the last drink down on the counter and just walked away without mentioning my order was ready for me or called the name on the drink—-she literally just went back to talking to her coworkers to stand around. based on other reviews, this location tends to have unaware and distasteful employees.

I came in for a large BOX coffee. The Service was good. The barista was nice and helpful or so I thought….I took the coffee to my group and someone noticed this on the cup of creamer!!!! Looks like a nasty message to me. What are your thoughts?

I came here on Friday night with my mother. We ordered two matchas, one hot and one iced.
We were the only customers there but we had to wait about ten minutes for our drinks to be ready
We were in the drive thru and we could see two employees laughing loudly and being unprofessional while we were waiting
When our drinks were finally ready my mother tried hers and said there were chunks of unblended matcha powder in her drink
When we got home she poured the drink out in the sink and found this huge chunk of matcha powder in her drink that was clearly made incorrectly
This could’ve been a serious choking hazard!
We called Starbucks customer service and we were told that a representative from this store’s location would contact us the next day and no one ever did
The entire experience was unprofessional And potentially dangerous if she had not seen what was in her drink and ingested it by mistake

I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after the line didn’t move i got out of line to park and order inside where I stood got another 10 minutes while all the workers ignored me but all made eye contact with me. Not a hello or a “we’ll be with you in a moment” just completely ignored. This is a recurring thing at this Starbucks terrible service never coming back here again.

We waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes, and the person taking orders seemed to be having issues. When we finally got to the window, we were handed only one of our four drinks. A few minutes later, we got two Frappuccinos — but no straws. About four minutes after that, we could see several employees at the window looking confused before finally asking what our food order was. We didn’t get our food for another 10 minutes, and there were still no napkins included. Thankfully, I checked the bag before leaving. Overall, a frustrating and disorganized experience — definitely not what we expect from Starbucks.
