Worst experience and longest time I ever had waiting for so call fast food, I spent a whole lunch break waiting with a lot of people who ordered in-store. 10min late getting back to work. Paid for the food within a minute after walking in,the restaurant wasn’t packed. A order as simple as a 10pc nuggets and large fries was a ridiculous wait. I didn’t even have an appetite to eat the food and gave it away to my coworker.

Food was excellent, some of the best Wendy’s my wife and I have ever had. Everyone seems pretty happy to work here which is a rare sight for fast food, must be treating their workers pretty well. Overall, very good.

I hate to leave a bad review but I usually have something wrong with this location, this time in particular I was given the wrong item, different flavor than I ordered. Which usually I would just deal with it cause it’s still the same thing, but this time they also forgot both orders of fries. Hate to be that guy but this time I had to say something.

If I could give zero stars I would Only writing this review so people save the trip and don’t go like I did. I don’t usually write negative reviews because working in food is rough, but this chain was beyond a few workers struggling. There was at least 9-10 workers behind the counter, and the line was going out the door. Me and my boyfriend were at the front of the line waiting for our order to be taken for 15 minutes. They were all standing right in front of us too just staring at stuff. I was too shy to disturb them other than saying excuse me once, but many customers behind us yelled if this was a drive through only chain and asked what was going on. To which they ignored them and just gave them annoyed looks. It was like we weren’t even there, despite how many workers were right in front of us. And I mean right in front of us behind the cash register . At least 5 people go out of line behind us frustrated, one said “I’m just going somewhere else,” and then me and my boyfriend left too. There was also like 10 people waiting for their food, and as I was waiting in line, at least 4 got their order completely wrong, and when they asked for it fixed the staff got annoyed with them. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the first time I’ve been to a fast food chain and been in disbelief, and I don’t hold a fast food place to high standards or anything since I get it isn’t that serious and they deal with a lot of unnecessarily nagging customers all the time.
This Wendy’s should either be shut down or have all the staff changed. I don’t know how any manager could allow this.

It was pretty bad. Soda machines were out of almost everything and no ice. The soda counter was nasty also. I don’t like to complain but after a long day of xmas shopping this was not the way to unwind.

The manager is rude, uneducated, abusive and disrespectful. The worst experience with Wendy’s, I shop at Wendy’s every day, I asked for my order and it didn’t have sauce, I asked for a sauce for the fries and they tell me that they only give sauce if you buy nuggets. Simply rubbish! Don’t go to this place because the service is crap.

I went there last night and I stood in the line for about 15 minutes with the line not moving at all. There was nobody there taking orders, employees were just packaging food and ignoring the line. I ended up leaving because the line was stand still and we had no idea how long it was going to take just to get our order taken.
