I went out on a cold night expecting a simple comfort—hot, fresh food—and unfortunately the food I received was just as cold as the weather outside. It wasn’t anger I felt, just real disappointment.
This experience was at Wendy’s – Gunn Hwy. I also waited nearly 22 minutes for my order, which made receiving cold food especially discouraging.
Wendy’s has always been a brand I associate with care, consistency, and pride in what’s served. That’s why this stood out. Someone worked to make that food, and someone approved it to be handed to a customer, yet it missed the basic standard it should always meet.
I’m not writing this to demand anything. I’m sharing it because moments like this matter. When customers leave their homes late at night or in cold weather—and wait patiently—they’re trusting that the experience will be worth it. This one wasn’t.
I hope this feedback reaches leadership—not to place blame, but to remind everyone involved that small moments of quality and attention still mean a lot to the people on the other side of the counter.

Don’t know the crew who was working today in the afternoon but this visit was especially satisfying. The jrbacon cheese burger was made beautifully, like it came out the commercial. The fries were a good condition with Lil extra salt but not too much. Last visit was also good

Hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in a while but it was cool out and I was craving chili. It was just as good as ever. Served piping hot too with plenty of crackers. Good burgers and fries as well.

Came to this location to get a 10pc saucy nuggets meal a med fry a 6pc spicy nugget and two frosties and a large grape Powerade with the meal. The best thing out of my order were the frosties. I should have received two orders of fries because my saucy nuggets were a meal and instead I got an extra order of nuggets and all of the food was old and hard. At a late hour such as this you would think food would be fresh or at least hot and it was not. Found a hair in my fries very disgusting and there was just not a care in the world for the preparation of the food. Employees were fine no issues there just really upset that I didn’t get what I asked and paid for. Some would say I should’ve checked my bag before leaving but why should i have to do that when the service should have been done correctly the first time. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED. Will not be back at this location

I drove 25 minutes To get to Wendy’s arriving at 215.. I pulled around to drive-through and the screen was off. So I drove around to the window. , I saw somebody Leaning up against the fry machine. Hello, aren’t you supposed to be open? That person totally ignored me. I went ahead and honked the horn. And he still ignoring me. I thought some upper management would want to know.

Good Wendy’s! Nice spot, cleaner than most of the other ones, nice revamp, great decor… and the staff is so friendly! The food was good and quick and there is lots of seating. Close to Walmart and many other places so you don’t have to grocery shop hungry.
