Got good service but my food was cold and old I ordered drive thru tonight and I came home. It’s been a long day lots of driving. It was faster to stop here than go in to Plymouth and get it. Come home to have my dinner and it’s all cold and old. I understand I came through at 1020pm and you close at 11 but that’s no reason to give me cold and old food!!

Every time we come here we always get someone that doesn’t care about their job and has an attitude. Morning, noon, night never ever had a good experience here. Almost every time there is something missing, ice cream machine is always down, half the time I cant get a hot drink! I do not recommend ANYONE coming here. I get working fast food sucks but just get the work done and done right the first time.

I come here all the time and gotta say im very upset with this morning I went through the drive through.I got an oatmeal and asked for 3 sugars for my oatmeal and some other food. When I got my food, they forgot my sugar. So I had to go in and get my sugars, and then I came back out, looked in my bag, and realized they didn’t give me the diced apples. The raisin and cranberries or even a spoon that is supposed to come with the oatmeal. So I went to the drive through and told them that I shouldn’t have to wait in line when there’s 3 cars. Ahead of me, because I just paid for my food and they forgot to give me stuff that I need to be able to eat with. And they said, well, that doesn’t mean you can cut in line. So I pulled to the front, they literally waited until all the cars were out of drive through. Then, I had to back up to the drive through window and asked them for my stuff. And one girl lied saying that she couldn’t find me out there which is a lie. Because the manager just handed her the stuff to give to me as I’m at the window. Came to the drive through to order my food like (normal) human! After every item that I ordered she kept insisting to me to move onto the last window even though I had much more to order! I was very polite and stated that I still had more to order but she didn’t care and kept rushing me. Over and over and over again until I said enough of this! She was blond bigger and very rude! If you can’t be good at customer service and be patient with the person giving you their money. You need to be apprehended or fired! Horrible experience!

This McDonald’s looked nice… The bathroom wasnt too clean… The carmel frappe tasted alright…. The ice cream machine was down… No ice cream… No mcflurrys…. The food was ok…. The playground had no air circulation… Felt like over 209 degrees in that area… But its a typical McDonald’s food wise… But the decor was cool…. They have a tv… Lots of searing available… I would recommend this location

A wonderful place to go for the usual ‘Mc meals. I enjoyed the chicken wraps and fries. The place was clean and orderly. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I used the Kiosk to Order my meal. They have an indoor children’s play area.
