I really like Taco Time…the food is fresh, consistent, and always tastes good, and the staff is friendly. My only downside is feeling a bit pressured to tip during checkout for drive through service. That aside, the quality and overall experience keep me coming back.

Today was my first time coming here. A friend of mine told me about this place.
Once I walked in no one acknowledge me. About a minute the female cashier looked at me but didn’t say anything. So I asked her if she’s going to help me. She whispered yes. ( I guess she is shy).
So, I asked a few questions about the food I’m ordering. And couldn’t answer any of my questions.
After everything was done. She responded not saying thanks for coming in. Or thanks for choosing us. She said Nothing. Extremely awful guest service.

I’ve eaten at this place before+Kelso location… but this time I took a friend to pik up lunch. She ordered2 crunchy tacos that were a bit messy but she enjoyed her lunch. good selection on the menu and the customer service was good.

Most fancy most expensive I’ve ever been too!
I’ve been eating at Taco Time restaurants for 40 years. CA, Utah, OR, WA etc. Many locations each state. This one is by far the most fancy and most expensive. Crisp bean burrito $3.99, the beef crisp burrito is now $4.49. .I recently ordered two crisp beef burritos,1 soft beef burrito and a medium drink, it totaled $19.10. (May 20,2024)
Its still my favorite fast Mexican food though. I have to say, though I love the quality, style and flavors of the Food at Taco Time, I just can’t justify coming here to eat more than once a month, it’s just too expensive for fast food.
However, This one has the flavors and quality that I expect from any Taco Time location that I have been to.

When I want fresh food I come here. The bean and cheese burritos are great. And the natural super is my favorite. My kids are fans of the taco burger. In all not much has changed in all the years. Really a NW favorite.

I placed an order for 4 BEAN crisp tacos, no tomatoes. When I got home and sat down to eat, I realized they gave me 4 BEEF crisp tacos. It wasn’t a huge deal, I figured I’d just call and let them know and let them make it right the next time I came to town(I only go to town once a week). But to my surprise the staff was incredibly rude. Every time I called and tried to speak to a manager(I was polite) I was hung up on. The next time I was able to go to town, I decided to stop in, but they were closed for renovations or something I guess. So I emailed taco time and nobody responded. I would’ve been cool with 4 bean tacos on my next trip to town, but what gives? I’ll never give taco time my money again.
