As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m really not one to complain honestly. I know we have our days I get it. But stay home. If you’re gonna be rude and give the wrong thing. Distress at home. I ordered medium meal and got size small fries and drink. Was side bar talking with other employee when requesting for some sauce. And mind you an order I placed beforehand and still had to wait almost 10 minutes at the window additionally for my order as well. I barely come to checkers and don’t expect much but at the very least $0 to have decent customer service skills.

What burger place doesnt replace your order when you call it in the next day with photos of the messed up order and a receipt? Talking about you can refund me two dollars for the bacon but cant make my order right because I didn’t come back at 2 in the morning? First off pull up no cars in line drive up to the speaker box saying hello no one answers so we drive up to the window thinking the ordering box was broken the drive-thru lady than has an attitude when we tell her we thought it was broken because no one was answering her response very nasty drive back and so we do. It’s this automatic voice that takes the order which is dumb because the thing can’t hear the majority of what is being said. Anyways we ordered a bacon Zilla double patty meal with a large coke which is around $12 and a 6-piece mozzarella sticks for about $5 they have 4 pieces for almost $4 my husband got a regular cheeseburger and my niece got a spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to have had extra spicy sauce because their chicken sandwiches are dry without it well they added extra mayo instead of the spicy sauce will not be going back to this location the only thing good was the mozzarella sticks and they only provided one marinara sauce for 6 sticks lol customer service is horrible 0/10 and it raned right through me never again

I ordered the new mvp Swiss burger meal and I was given this nasty burger with cheddar cheese, mustard and pickles with no mushrooms and Swiss cheese. I didn’t order whatever the heck I was given . I was beyond disappointed.
