I totally love Dunkin, I am grateful for the kind people that service at this location.
I would personally like to address that this place only needs a better drive thru system, the long lines are hectic and it sabotage the hard work of the employees that are trying to do a good work.
Elizabeth is great, she addressed issues at her best of her abilities.

Why is it that a donut place never have donuts. I asked my daughter to place an order of donuts and I went to pick them up. When I arrived they said they don’t have any of the donuts we order. They only had the bagels. I told the kind young lady to cancel the order an place a refund. She said she can’t do a refund unless she see a physical card. I don’t have any card. My daughter place the order for me on her phone, and I zelled her the money. Why they can’t just return the money to were it came from. She said she is going to hold the receipt for me until tomorrow. I told her too keep the money cause I am not coming back. So much technology for nothing. Why is it that at 2:30pm you are out of donuts if you close at 9pm. You don’t want to make money? I bet I go to 7-11 and they have some. They should close this place or get it together.

EVERY DAY, they let cars park in front where it causes safety issues for pedestrians and drivers. It’s also eating up the curb. Staff can be slow with inside orders, and I’ve seen them argue with customers. But otherwise, decent food and service.

I have never been to a Dunkin this bad usually they are all so kind but every time I go to this location, I feel like im personally inconveniencing the staff just by existing. one morning I went in and it took so long which is fine but when a lady employee noticed how long I was in there for, she said to me “what are you still doing here?!” They are PISSED the second I walk in,. Their attitude is literally HORRIBLE! the employees are all so rude and make you feel stupid for ordering your drink or asking questions.Every time I go I order the same coffee and somehow it’s different every time. The tone, eye-rolling, the sighs, it makes me dread my mornings when all im trying to do is make it better. they seriously act like they didn’t choose to work there. if you enjoy being treated like a burden for spending YOUR money and YOUR time, this is the place to go! otherwise, save the stress and go across the street to Starbucks.

I get dunkin almost every morning. I always get the same thing. I recently moved to this area and have tried to give this location a chance over 10 times. I think they need a refresher on how to make the Iced French Vanilla properly. Unfortunately, I will be making my coffee at home from now on. Oh and every single location, no matter what state or city I am in has terrible food.

I go in. I order two simple drinks. The blender is down which OK I understand you know one of the drinks can’t be made that way. Absolutely OK but when the drink is made for a child and you give it to me piping hot and I ask you just to dump it into a cup with ice so it’s not hot and then you catch an attitude with the customer because they asked for you to put ice in a cup because a hot chocolate was too hot for a tiny child to drink and then you wanna start calling in Spanish like I can’t understand you. It’s called. Learn some etiquette and customer service. If you don’t have it don’t work there. I’ve never ever ever experienced the level of disrespect at this location ever in my life.
To the general manager or to whoever sees this, someone needs to have a conversation with Miss Lily about her speaking to customers the way she did and catching an attitude and speaking in Spanish like people can’t understand what the hell she’s saying

avoid coming to this Dunkin at all costs. I have never had such a bad experience with Dunkin like I did here. There was a long line of cars at the drive through which was not a problem even though I was in a hurry but I promised my son a donut. I got to the speaker and the drive-through attendant told me that the system was down and I had to come inside. As soon as I got inside in the long line of other people from the drive-through that also went inside, magically the drive-through was working. It felt like they diverted us on purpose because it started working as soon as I went inside. I asked about the new Boba Coffee drink as it was advertised in the drive-through and the tellers said they don’t have that anymore. I think it’s really important to update your advertisements. As I was making my order they didn’t have oat milk and the teller suggested whole milk. When a person orders non-dairy milk there is a reason. My order came out completely backwards. I asked for a croissant with cheese and I got a croissant with no cheese specifically said no cheese on it. I also asked for a large coffee and they gave me a medium. The whole point to go there was to make the day a little bit better even though I shouldn’t put so much responsibility on one place for my mood but this was just too many mistakes in one visit I’ll never go back. I understand busy I am a huge advocate for high traffic and large clientele businesses. The Dunkin on 41 by Burlington is constantly busy but they are courteous and efficient. This Dunkin was far from that. Unorganized and messy. Customer Service goes a long way and sometimes could make a person forget any kind of mistakes because nobody is perfect but there wasn’t even that. If I wasn’t in such a rush I would go back and get my money as I feel I wasted it completely.
