BEST MCDONALDS EVER!!! Came in on my sons birthday and the play place was under construction. The manager Jovanna didnt even know it was my sons birthday and she brought him out an ice cream for the inconvenience. When she learned it was his birthday, her as well as her amazing staff came out and sang to him and made him feel so special. Shout out to this McDonald’s for knowing we are people first before customers, and for going above and beyond to make my son feel special. Jovanna, you are a special human being and I hope McDonald’s knows your worth and promotes you all the way up❤️❤️

Came through the drive through, and this African guy was so rude. He was so upset because of what we ordered. We were telling him thank you, he’s not responding or even saying you’re welcome. We ordered two ten piece nuggets and a happy meal we got no sauce. When we asked he was upset and gave us two sauces. Fries ice cold and old. He was so upset he had to do his job.

I went thru the drive-thru, ordered to drinks. I gave the cashier cash and she refused to give my change back to me cause it was coins. I explained they did not have a sign stating exact change and she has to give me my change. She continued to refuse and argued with me, I asked for a manager. Another female came up stating she was a manager and was extremely rude and hatefully that they didn’t have any change, she ended up giving me part of my change with force bending my hand backwards. She wasn’t a manager then another lady came and her name tag stated Manager. She apologized for her staff. I asked for corporate/owners contact information and she said it is posted on a window, it is not. This behavior is uncalled for and unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. The employee at the drive-thru did not properly hand me my bag, causing my food to fall on the ground. Instead of apologizing or correcting the issue, she closed the window and made disrespectful comments about me to coworkers while I was still present.
I calmly asked to speak with a manager and requested that my food be remade or that I receive a refund, as I had children waiting at home to eat. The situation escalated further, and staff refused to provide management information. The lack of professionalism and supervision at this location was unacceptable.

Genuinely the worst fast food experience ever. I quite literally was sitting in the right lane waiting to order and no one came to the speaker but then 5+ cars proceeded to go through the left lane without any trouble. No one said a word to me for 20+ minutes and I ended up leaving. Actually the worst experience ever like how pathetic

Update two years later. Walked in to order and had a manager talking to a guy who kept putting his hands down inside of his pants scratching. She was not friendly or nice to me at all then began yelling at her lazy workers in my face and I walked out. 8-31-2025 but review and rating updated. Can’t get any lower. I’ve literally given years between walking back into this olace
Below 2 years ago review and no one at McDonald’s gives a crap
We have been to this McDonald ALOT! But we have left this McDonald’s more than once for refusing to sell a small breakfas combo. Claiming we don’t have SMALL! Today my order was messed up and wasn’t right at the drive thru and was told it would be fixed and told me they was just giving me a large coffee. Got to the window and the order wasn’t repeated to me and the $$ didn’t sound right. So had her tell me the order to find out I was being charged for things I didn’t order. I was planned to say something if my SMALL COFFEE was changed to a large but heck order wasn’t even right. No one else but me in the line. So I repeated my order and LOW AND BEHOLD EVERY TIME I AM REFUSED A SMALL COFFEE AND TOLD I CAN ONLY GET LARGE this proves that is not so and also proves it’s only to upcharge us. I want a small coffee for a reason not only due to cost but this makes me mad! She also didn’t GIVE me no Large coffee. I paid for it.

MISS SHIRLEY IS ONE OF THE BEST SUPERVISOR MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET SWEET NICE VERY POLITE AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND SHE TOOK CARE OF ME WHEN MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP. AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT A LOT. IVE BEEN COMING TO THAT MCDONALD’S FOR 13 YEARS. SHE IS THE BEST PLEASE KEEP AND GIVE HER A RASIE AND HER STAFF IS JUST LIKE HER THE BEST CREW I EVER SAW AT A MCDONALD’S IN A LONG TIME THEY ALL NEED TO BE REWARD THE WORK HARD AT ONE OF THE BUSIEST MCDONALD’S I EVER BEEN AT!!!
