The only reason I’m posting a 5 star for albermarle Little Ceasers is because of Ms.Vicki/Viki. I appreciate your willingness to remake the cheese pizza for my child who has sever sensory issues due to her neurological disorder. I usually would try to fix it myself and hope for the best outcome, but tonight I was stressed and utterly exhausted and just wanted her to eat something i did not have to meticulously plan for and prep. Cheese pizza is her favorite treat. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for not making me feel ashamed or embarrassed for even asking. I hope you have a blessed rest of the year as well as each coworker who was there with you tonight! You may be the only reason we go back to visit , and I hope you are there because if we can tip I’ll most certainly do that. Thank you again!

If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered lunch before having a dental procedure. One of my four slices had no cheese. I told them about it, and they were like we can’t help that. I asked them to remake it. They refused. They did refund me my money but my procedure is soon and I still haven’t eaten. And the managers wore no name tags and refused to give me their names. I called corporate anyway.

If you love pretzels don’t order this. It’s nothing but a regular pizza with an overwhelming amount of salt on the crust. My husband salts everything and he couldn’t rake enough off it. Very disappointed.

My order was confirmed, only to be told when pick- up person arrived they were out of what I ordered. The rest of my order was cold, greasy and cut into weird little squares. Pizza was okay but not the best I’ve had from Little Caesars. I don’t recommend the delivery option which is why I think my order was all messed up. My order is always great when I pick up!!

Food is consistent enough most of the time to be worth the cheaper price.
Service is almost always horrible though. They are always super slow unless something is already made. I’ve started ordering ahead through the app so that it’s ready when I get there. Even with the app it’s hit or miss on whether or not you’ll get your food on time. Ordered through the app once and it was past the guaranteed time to be ready. I asked one of the employees about it and the order had just been sitting out on the counter for the last 10 mins getting cold instead of in the warmer for me to walk up and grab.
The few occasions where everything gets made on time and you can just walk in and grab your order, then its worth the cheaper price.

I haven’t bought Little Caesars personally in years. A good coupon I had sponsored tonight’s Slices-N-Stix dinner. The young man at the counter greeted me when I came in. Once I told him I’d placed my order online, he explained how to get my order from the machine keeping it hot.
The seasoning on cheese sticks was a little salty with the marinara, but everything was good.

I don’t understand how for them this is a Hawaiian pizza, it seems like they were making one with only cheese and they forgot what it was and they just put that on it no matter how it turned out, super bad and also all hard, I didn’t complain at the place because I realized until I got home

I’ve never had such a bad pizza from this establishment till now. First off the pizza I ordered was burnt so bad, I couldn’t believe they actually thought this was ok to give to a customer. So I had to drive all the way there and take it back. I showed the person behind the counter the burnt pizza and he agreed to make ne another one. The second one was still a little burnt but I didn’t want to keep complaining till they got it right. I’m from the Raleigh area and the deep dish pizza is never this bad. There was little to no cheese, it was alot thinner than usual and it tasted like sauce and dough. Totally wasted my money and will never order pizza from this one again. I’m really starting to notice when I order pizza from a shady area,the quality of the food is horrible. I’m new to this area so if I was aware of this, I would have never ordered pizza from here.
