We were coming in from a doctor’s appointment and decided we would try the KFC in Haines City. There were many people in the drive-thru so we dined in. We found many people picking up online orders but the line moved quickly. The manager served us and was extremely helpful in offering deals for us.
Our meal was delicious. Hot and tasty. Appreciated the kindness we experienced during this visit.

Ordered the chicken tenders. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the coating was nice and crunchy. Unfortunately the 11 secret spices have been replaced by salt and cayenne pepper. Not like the KFC I remember. Way too salty and the spicyness got more intense with each bite. Not going back.

I’m sorry but very first visit I was highly upset. We ordered our food through drive thru and was given the wrong order at the window so I went inside to fix the order and was immediately given attitude and it was not very clean when entering the store. They gave me my order with attitude again. When I went home and started eating there was a long hair in my food. Uggghhhh very thrown off I’m never going back again had to throw away my food. This store needs friendlier staff and a deep clean. Because it was noticeable. Maybe wear some hair nets because I didn’t ask for hair in my food. If I can give a 0 for my first experience I would. I usually don’t complain but management needs to fix the issues.

My meal was amazing, my cashier listened to my tummy’s request and gave me the best option for my 2hr commute home…
I never caught my cashier’s name but she was a tall African American Woman with a beautiful smile… The whole KFC Team was amazing to watch… Thank you for another amazing episode of great fast food etiquette for an airline crewmember passing through… One hiccup, the drink machine drainage needs work… It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned out for awhile… Overall service is still “Awesome”

There’s a reason why I haven’t been here in 4 years and my recent visit was a reminder. Ordered everything on the app, get to the location and was given the wrong order.
I go inside and they give me the right order but didn’t have our biscuits. We didn’t notice until we got home again. Not worth going back

Outside smelled like pee, needs to be pressure washed.

Alice took amazing care of me in the drive through this evening around 6:30:) was a great experience at kfc even though i pulled up my food was fresh and hot. I come here often different times though and I have never had a problem. Thank you GM for training your people well. It’s hard to get nice customer service after hours when big bosses are gone. It was a dinner rush and they handled it perfectly. Will be returning!

Ordered the $10 Tuesday bucket that clearly says on the sticker 4 LEGS AND 4 THIGHS, I get 4 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 tiny behind wings with no meat on them. On top of that, they put the wings all the way to the bottom so it wasn’t noticed till we got to the bottom of the bucket and the rest of the chicken was already eaten. Smh. No where in my order did I request wings. That’s wild.

Them tender chickens are great specially with the buffalo sauce. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star because the customer service was poor. That was my first time to that location and I was talked to like I work there. I was told to looked at the menu when I asked did they have something. The lady at the window never gave me my receipt nor she offer any sauce to me.

Devin was amazing, he told me it would be a while for my order due to my order size but he kept checking in and making sure I knew he was still working on it. Super nice and very good customer service!!!!
